المستخلص: The research aims to detect the degree of familiarity with the students the basic education department at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in Elrass modern trends in the upbringing and education of people with Handicapped, researchers used the descriptive approach, and be the research community of students from basic education department Koranic studies disciplines, and the Arabic language, mathematics, science enrolled in the first dismissal in academic year 1437-1438h, and the number of research sample (274) students, use the questionnaire to collect research data included (24) items distributed on four axes, offset ladder Pentads my appreciation for the responses, and reached the search results to the students of the basic education department differ in familiarity with modern trends most common in the rearing and education of people with Handicapped in the transitional programs axes, modern technology, universal access, while they agree in the axis of the environment at least isolation, there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of familiarity with modern trends in the upbringing and education of people with Handicapped among students of basic education department attributed for sex differences, specialization, and academic level, the cumulative average in each of the axis of universal access, and transitional programs, modern technology, and no statistically significant differences in the degree of familiarity with modern trends in the upbringing and education of people with Handicapped due to the difference in sex, specialization, and the cumulative average at the center of at least isolation environment in favor of males, majoring mathematics, science, and with a cumulative grade point average is excellent, and good.

هدف البحث إلي الكشف عن درجة إلمام طلاب قسم التعليم الأساسي بكلية العلوم والآداب بالرس بالتوجهات الحديثة في تربية وتعليم ذوي الإعاقة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وتكون مجتمع البحث من طلاب قسم التعليم الأساسي تخصصات الدراسات القرآنية، واللغة العربية ، والرياضيات والعلوم الملتحقين بالفصل الأول في العام الجامعي 1437-1438ه وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة البحث (274) طالباً وطالبة استخدم استبانة لجمع بيانات البحث اشتملت علي (24) فقرة موزعة علي أربعة محاور يقابلها سلم خماسي تقديري للاستجابات وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلي أن طلاب قسم التعليم الأساسي يختلفون في الإلمام بالتوجهات الحديثة الأكثر شيوعاً في تربية وتعليم ذوي الإعاقة في محاور البرامج الانتقالية، والتقنية الحديثة ، الوصول الشامل ، بينما يتفقون في محور البيئة الأقل عزلاً لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة الإلمام بالتوجهات الحديثة في تربية وتعليم ذوي الإعاقة بين طلاب قسم التعليم الأساسي تعزي لاختلاف الجنس، والتخصص، والمستوي الدراسي ، والمعدل التراكمي في كل من محور الوصول الشامل، والبرامج الانتقالية ، والتقنية الحديثة، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة الإلمام بالتوجهات الحديثة في تربية وتعليم ذوي الإعاقة تعزي لاختلاف الجنس والتخصص والمعدل التراكمي في محور البيئة الأقل عزلاً لصالح الذكور وتخصص الرياضيات والعلوم وذوي المعدل التراكمي ممتاز وجيد.
