هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم العمل الإرشادي المدرسي من خلال الكشف عن مدى تلبية البرامج والخدمات الإرشادية لحاجات الطلبة ومطالبهم الشخصية والاجتماعية والتربوية والمهنية في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر الطلاب والطالبات، والتعرف على واقع الممارسات المهنية الإرشادية من وجهه نظر المرشدين الطلابيين ومن وجهه نظر مشرفي التوجيه والإرشاد، كذلك الكشف عن الفروق من خلال استجابات الطلاب في تلبية البرامج والخدمات الإرشادية لحاجات الطلبة ومطالبهم الشخصية والاجتماعية والتربوية والمهنية والتي تعزى لاختلاف )النوع والمرحلة الدراسية( والكشف عن الفروق من خلال استجابات المرشدين الطلابيين في ممارساتهم المهنية الإرشادية والتي تعزى لاختلاف)النوع والتخصص والخبرة والمرحلة الدراسية). أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من(572) فردا، منهم (400) طالب وطالبة بمراحل التعليم المختلفة، (150) مرشدا ومرشدة طلابية، و(22) مشرفا ومشرفة توجيه وإرشاد. استخدمت الدراسة استبانة من إعداد الباحثة، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن المتوسطات الحسابية لتلبية البرامج والخدمات الإرشادية لحاجات الطلاب ومطالبهم كما يراها الطلبة والممارسات المهنية الإرشادية كما يراها المرشدين الطلابيين ومشرفي التوجيه والإرشاد، بلغت درجة عالية وتراوحت درجة الموافقة على عبارات الاستمارة ما بين (نعم – إلى حد ما) أي مرتفعة ومتوسطة، وتوجد فروق في استجابات الطلبة في تلبية البرامج والخدمات الإرشادية لحاجات الطلاب ومطالبهم لصالح الطالبات وطلبة المرحلة الابتدائية، وتوجد فروق في استجابات المرشدين الطلابيين في ممارساتهم المهنية الإرشادية لصالح المرشدات الطلابيات الإناث والمختصين ولا توجد فروق لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والمرحلة الدراسية.
The study aimed at assessing counseling school work through revealing the extent to which counseling programs and services fulfill the needs of students and their personal, social, educational, and professional demands in public education schools from the perspective of male and female students, and identifying the fact of the counseling professional practices from the perspective of student counselors and guidance and counseling supervisors, as well as finding out the differences through the students' responses regarding the extent to which counseling programs and services fulfill the needs of students and their personal, social, educational, and professional demands due to the difference in (gender and educational level), and detecting the differences through the student counselors' responses regarding their counseling professional practices due to the difference in (gender, specialization, experience, and educational level). The study was conducted on a sample of (572) individuals, including (400) male and female students in different educational levels, and (150) male and female student counselors, and (22) male and female guidance and counseling supervisors. The study used a questionnaire developed by the female researcher. The results concluded that arithmetic means of the extent to which counseling programs and services fulfill the needs of students and their demands as viewed by students, and the counseling professional practices as viewed by student counselors and guidance and counseling supervisors, amounted to a high degree, and the degree of agreement on the form statements ranged between (yes – to some extent) or high and moderate. There were differences in the students' responses regarding the extent to which counseling programs and services fulfill the needs of students and their demands, in favor of the female students and primary school students. There were differences in the student counselors' responses regarding their counseling professional practices, in favor of the female student counselors and specialists. There were no differences in the variable of years of experience and educational level.
