المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان دور جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي في تنمية المجتمع المحلى، من خلال الوقوف على أبرز الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تضطلع بها جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي في تنمية المجتمع المحلي، وتقييم الدور الذي تقوم به جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي في تنمية المجتمع المحلي، التعرف على المعوقات التي تحد من دور جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي في تنمية المجتمع المحلي، وكذلك التوصل إلى بعض المقترحات التي يمكن بواسطتها تفعيل دور الجمعية ورفع مستوى أدائها في تنمية المجتمع المحلي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المستفيدين من جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي البالغ عددهم (1239) مستفيدا، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بنسبة (10%)، من مجتمع الدراسة؛ حيت بلغ عددها الإجمالي (124) مستفيدا، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أبرز الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تضطلع بها جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي في تنمية المجتمع المحلي تتمثل في مشروع صدقة الشتاء، والحقيبة المدرسية، ومشروع صيانة الأجهزة الكهربائية، والاستفادة من الملابس والأثاث المستعمل. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أن تقييم الدور الذي تقوم به جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي في تنمية المجتمع المحلي تمثل في سعيها؛ لتغيير الأفكار المتعلقة بالتسول، ومحاولة استثمار الطاقات المختلفة في تنمية المجتمع المحلي، وتوثيق مبدأ التعاون مع الجمعيات والمؤسسات الخيرية الأخرى في تقديم أنشطة تستهدف تنمية المجتمع المحلي، سعيا منها إلى تغيير وجهة نظر المجتمع المحلي تجاه العمل الخيري، كما بينت النتائج أن أهم المعوقات التي تحد من دور جمعية البر الخيرية بمحافظة الدوادمي في تنمية المجتمع المحلي تتمثل في كثرة الأوراق والمستندات المطلوبة؛ للحصول على الخدمة المناسبة من الجمعية، واستغراق إجراءات تقديم الخدمة وقتا طويلا في العمل، وضعف المساعدات المالية التي تحصل عليها من قبل وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية. وبالنسبة للمقترحات التي يمكن بواسطتها تفعيل دور الجمعية ورفع مستوى أدائها في تنمية المجتمع المحلي؛ فقد أشارت النتائج بضرورة دراسة خصائص المستفيدين؛ كالجنس، والعمر والحالة الصحية، والمستوى التعليمي، وتقديم مساعدات تتناسب مع تلك الخصائص، وعقد لقاءات مفتوحة مع المستفيدين؛ بهدف التعرف على احتياجاتهم الضرورية والمستقبلية، وضرورة تبني أنشطة استثمارية. مثل إقامة المراكز الطبية، والصيدليات، والمدارس، والعمائر السكنية، وتقديم برامج مختلفة تفعل من حجم الموارد المالية للجمعية.

This study aims at showing the role played by Al Ber charity in developing the local community in Dawadmy governorate by thinking of the main activities and events undertaken by Al Ber charity in developing the local community in Dawadmy governorate, assess the role played by Al Ber charity in developing the local community in Dawadmy governorate, recognition the constraints that limit the role of Al Ber charity in developing the local community in Dawadmy governorate, to reach some of the proposals which can activate the role of the charity and raise the level of performance in community development. The study was based on a sample survey of social approach. The study population consisted of all the beneficiaries of the Charity in Dawadmi governorate as they reach (1239) beneficiaries. A random sample has been selected by (10%) of the study population who were (124) beneficiaries. The study also relied on the questionnaire to collect the data. The study results indicated that the most prominent activities and events undertaken by Al Ber charity in developing the local community in Dawadmy governorate is the winter charity project, school bag, project electrical appliance maintenance, utilizing the uses clothing or furniture. Results of the study also showed that the evaluation of the role played by Al Ber charity in developing the local community in Dawadmy governorate is represented in its endeavor to change ideas about begging and trying to invest different energies in community development, documentation of the principle of cooperation with associations and other charitable institutions in providing activities that aim at developing the community , seeking to change the perspective of the local community towards charity work. The results showed that the most important obstacles that limit the role of Al Ber charity in developing the local community in Dawadmy governorate is represented: the large number of papers and documents required to obtain the appropriate service of the charity, the long term procedures taken in providing the service and the weakness of the financial aids that we get from the Ministry of Social Affairs. For proposals with which they can activate the role of the charity and raise the level of performance in the community development, the results indicated that the most important are studying the characteristics of the beneficiaries, such as race and age, health status, educational level and provide suitable assistance for those characteristics, holding open meetings with beneficiaries in order to identify their needs and necessary future, adopting investment activities such as the establishment of medical centers, pharmacies, schools and residential buildings and various programs that activate the size of the financial resources of the charity.
