|a بسبب أهمية الموضوع رأيت أن أتكلم عنه فاخترت جزئية من جزئياته تكلم عنها العلماء ألا وهي الندوب الذي قيل عنه أفضل من الواجب، فأردت أن أتتبعه وأرى أقوال العلماء فيه، وأرجح ما أراه راجحاً. وبعد النظر والبحث في الموضوع رأيت أن أضع له عنوان سميته (تتبع المندوب الذي قيل عنه أفضل من الواجب،) ثم قمت بإقرار القاعدة الاصولية التي تثبت أفضلية الواجب على المندوب بعدها بينت مراتب الحكم الشرعي من جهة الاقتضاء والتخيير ومن جهة المصالح والاولويات ثم قمت بحصر المناديب التي قيل عنها أنها ترجح على الواجب من جنسها ونسبتها إلى قائليها، وبعد ذلك ذكرت الاعتراض الذي حصل عليها.

|b Because of the importance of the subject, I saw that I speak about it, I chose a partial of the parts of which the scholars spoke about, namely scars that were said to be better than the duty, so I wanted to follow him and see the words of the scholars in it. After looking and looking at the subject I saw that I put the title of his name (follow the delegate who was said to be better than duty). And then I approved the basic rule that proves the duty of duty to the delegate after it showed the levels of the legitimate ruling from the point of need and choice and on the interests and priorities and then I limit the deputies said to be weighted on the duty of gender and attributed to the leaders, and then stated the objection obtained.
