يتناول البحث الحالي دور التسويق البيئي في كيفية تعزيز وتنشيط السياحة العلاجية بالقطاع الصحي بالمملكة العربية السعودية وذلك للنهوض بالمملكة العربية السعودية في هذا المجال ولتحقيق التنمية المستدامة للأجيال القادمة وذلك يتحقق من خلال تحفيز المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية على الحصول على الاعتماد الدولي وتبني سياسات تسويقية صديقة للبيئة للتسويق للخدمات الصحية وتم تطبيق الدراسة الميدانية على المستشفيات التي لديها أقسام للسياحة العلاجية بمدينة الرياض وتم توزيع الاستبانات على عينة البحث المكونة من 336 مفردة مقسمة كالتالي 150 موظف من الإدارة العليا ورؤساء الأقسام والمرؤوسين موزعين كالتالي (الأطباء – التمريض – الإداريين) و186 مريض وهم المستفيدين من خدمات أقسام السياحة العلاجية بمستشفيات مدينة الرياض وعددها 4 مستشفيات وهم (مدينة الملك فهد الطبية، مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي، مستشفى السعودي الألماني، مدينة الملك سعود الطبية) وذلك لاستنباط النتائج باستخدام مختلف المقاييس الإحصائية لإثبات فروض البحث، وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج فقد أثبتت صحة فروض البحث في وجود علاقة تأثيرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام التسويق البيئي وزيادة الميزة التنافسية لمستشفيات السياحة العلاجية مما يجعل المستشفيات قادرة على منافسة المستشفيات التقليدية التي لا تستخدم السياحة العلاجية ومن ثم يزيد الإقبال على تلك المستشفيات من المرضى السائحين من الدول المختلفة لما ستتلقاه من رعاية فائقة الجودة، وأيضاً وجود علاقة تأثيرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام التسويق البيئي وجودة قرارات الإدارة العليا بمستشفيات السياحة العلاجية حيث إن استخدام التسويق البيئي يعكس مدى جودة قرارات الإدارة العليا والتي بدورها يؤدي إلى التميز واختيار الأساليب المناسبة لتسويق الخدمات الطبية، وأخيراً وجود علاقة تأثيرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام التسويق البيئي وزيادة دخل مستشفيات السياحة العلاجية حيث سيزداد الدخل والأرباح من خلال الإقبال على مستشفيات السياحة العلاجية من العديد من الدول وذلك لأن المستشفيات تضمن جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة والمدعمة بتطبيق الجودة البيئية والصحية وخلصت إلى أهم التوصيات وهي التأكيد على أهمية الأدوار التي تقوم بها السياحة العلاجية كجزء في عملية التنمية المستدامة. The current research deals with the role of environmental marketing in how to promote and revitalize medical tourism in the health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to advance the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in this field and to achieve sustainable development for future generations. This is achieved by motivating hospitals and health centers to obtain international accreditation and adopting environmental friendly marketing policies for marketing health services. The field study was applied to hospitals that have departments for medical tourism in Riyadh. Questionnaires were distributed to the research sample consisting of 336 items divided as follows: 150 employees from senior management, department heads and subordinates, distributed as follows (doctors - nurses - administrators) and 186 patients, who are beneficiaries of the services of the medical tourism departments in the 4 hospitals in Riyadh, namely (King Fahd Medical City, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Saudi German Hospital, King Saud Medical City), in order to derive the results using various statistical measures to prove the research hypotheses. The study reached several results, as it proved the validity of the research hypotheses and found that there is an effective statistically significant relationship between the use of environmental marketing and the increase in the competitive advantage of medical tourism hospitals. This makes hospitals able to compete with traditional hospitals that do not use medical tourism, and thus increases the demand for these hospitals from patients from different countries due to the high-quality care they will receive. Also, there is an influential relationship with a statistical significance between the use of environmental marketing and the quality of the decisions of senior management in medical tourism hospitals, as the use of environmental marketing reflects the quality of the decisions of senior management, which in turn leads to excellence and the selection of appropriate methods for marketing medical services. Finally, there is an influential relationship with statistical significance between the use of environmental marketing and the increase in the income of medical tourism hospitals, as income and profits will increase through the demand for medical tourism hospitals from many countries, because hospitals guarantee the quality of health services provided and supported by the application of environmental and health quality. It concluded with the most important recommendations, which are to emphasize the importance of the roles played by medical tourism as part of the sustainable development process. The environmental marketing usage reflects the quality of the senior management decisions, which in turn lead to the excellence and the selection of the appropriate methods for marketing the medical services. Finally, the study concluded that there is a statistical significance relationship between the use of the environmental marketing and the increase of the tourist medical hospitals income. This is because the income and the profits will increase through the demand for the medical tourism hospitals by many countries because hospitals guarantee the quality of health services provided and supported by the application of the environmental and the health quality.
