المستخلص: يعتمد تطور المجتمع الجزائري على استغلاله لما لديه من موارد، ويعتبر المورد البشري من أهم تلك الموارد، لكن نجد الفئة الفموية الني تمثل تقريبا نصفه غير حاضرة بقوة في بنائه ومعروف أن بناء الحضارة أساسه المشاركة٠ غير أن المرأة لا تزال محدودة المشاركة مدنيا وسياسيا وحتى اقتصاديا وإن كانت قد برزت على مستوى التعليم وببعض القطاعات المهنية كالتربية والصحة والقضاء. هذا ما حفزني للتطرق إلى أهم الميادين التي برزت فيها المشاركة النسوية مقارنة بأخرى وهي النقابة كنشاط مدني والنيابة البرلمانية كأهم نشاطاتها السياسية. فسلطت الضوء على تواجدها الكمي بكلتا الحالتين دون الكيفي. فهي موجودة بنقابة المعلمين بالدرجة الأولى بسبب تأنيث هذه المهنة بمجتمعنا. كما أن تواجدها الكمي البرلماني قد صنعه نظام الحصص (الكوطا) فجاء هذا المقال لربط وضعية الفئة النسوية المدنية والسياسية بثقافة المجتمع وما تقوم به مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية والسياسية على مستواه. كي نبتعد بذلك عن النظرة العامية التي تكتفي باعتبار المرأة الجزائرية فردا مستقيلا عن مواطنته.

The evolution of the Algerian society depends mainly on the exploitation of its resources, as one of the most preliminary resources is the human resource,and it is well known that building a civilization is mainly based on the participation of all society memebers, unfortunatly the women role is still almost absent in building the Algérian society, regardless of the fact that they are representing nearly half of the population, even if thier limited participation in some professional sectors such as politic, economy, they are taking a radical place in some other sectors such as education, health and judiciary. This is what motivated me to show the most important fields in which the algerian women have emerged in, compared to thier absences in other sectors, so for now they are taking a radical place in labor union "syndicate" as a civil activity, the Parliamentary prosecution as thier largest sector, so in this essay I wanted to highlight the quantitative presence and abcence in different sectors without mentioning the qualitative ratio. With that being said, they are participating in the education syndicate maily because of the feminisation of this profession in our society, and thier quantitative presence in the Inter-Parliamentary Union is caused by the quota system. In this article I wanted to link the women's civil and political status with the culture of the society and role of the socialization associations, in order to civilize the woman's picture in our society and get rid of the narrow minded perspective of seeing her as an independent individual of the society.
