المستخلص: نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة، التعرف على المتغير التنظيمي كمتغير نوعي يتطلب معالجة خاصة. وذلك من خلال مساهمة العملية الاتصالية في تحسين أداء المؤسسة، ومحاولة الاطلاع بشكل علمي على المشاكل والصعوبات التي تواجهها، خاصة المشاكل المترتبة عن انسداد قنوات الاتصال والتطرق إلى موضوع البحث يقودنا مباشرة إلى الحديث عن الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال الداخلي في المنظمة وارتباطه بالفعالية التنظيمية للمؤسسة. والعمليات الأساسية والهامة وكل ما له علاقة بذلك. ومنه تبيان أحسن الطرق والتقنيات التي من الأحسن أن تتبع في العمل، وتحسين طرق الاتصال واتخاذ القرارات التي تبنى عليا، لأنها تعكس الواقع الحقيقي للمؤسسة. خاصة المنظمات الجزائرية التي تعيش نوعا من المنافسة والتحدي للحفاظ على دورها في الاقتصاد الوطني.

Cette étude traite du sujet de la communication interne et son rôle sur le plan de l’efficacité organisationnelle, en mettent en exergue et de manière scientifique, les problèmes et les contraintes que rencontre l’institution tout en cernant les moyens et techniques de la communication adoptés, ainsi que le rôle de l’homme, et ce afin d’atteindre cette efficacité organisationnelle.

In this study, we try to identify the organizational variable as a qualitative variable requiring special treatment. The communication process contributes to the improvement of the organization's performance, and attempts to review scientifically the problems and difficulties it faces especially the problems caused by the obstruction of communication channels . The discussion of the subject of the research, leads directly to the role played by internal communication in the organization and its association with organizational effectiveness and the basic and important operations and everything related to it. It shows the best methods and techniques that should be followed in the work and improve the communication methods and decision making that are built on top, because they reflect the real quality of the institution, especially the Algerian organizations which are living a kind of competition and challenge to maintain their role in the national economy.
