المستخلص: The Ottoman archives located in Istanbul in Turkey contain one hundred and fifty million documents classified by subject matter, the historic sequencing or by the name of their compiler. One of these documents (the Money Assigned to the Two Holy Mosques) was sent by the Ottoman Administration to the Prince of Makkah, Al-Shareef Surur Mus'ad in Rajab 1196 H. (June, 1782 A.D.), and it included a statement of money and gifts intended for the inhabitants and the officials of the Two Holy Mosques. It is one of the documents written in Arabic and presented and commented upon by the researcher with some important observations.
