تستهدف الدراسة مناقشة فلسفة الجودة في التعليم العالي من منظور نقدي يتخذ من السياق التاريخي الذي نشأت فيه، والإطار الفلسفي الذي تبلورت من خلاله آلية للتحليل، وهذا السياق يتضمن الحداثة والعولمة باعتبارها مراحل تاريخية مترابطة ومتداخلة لها انعكاساتها على التربية أهدافاً ونظماً ومناهجاً. - تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم جودة التعليم العالي في عصر العولمة وما بعد الحداثة، كما تهدف إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية في مواجهة آثار العولمة وتحدياتها. - تأتي أهمية الدراسة من تناولها لجودة التعليم العالي في ظل تحديات العولمة المحتملة وانعكاساتها على ثقافة الشعوب المختلفة، وكيفية مواجهتها بطريقة مخططة ومدروسة. - اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة وتحليلها بغرض الوصول إلى النتائج. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: - إن الجودة في التعليم العالي أصبحت ضرورة أمن قومي للدولة القومية في مقابل التحديات التي فرضتها العولمة. - أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الإسراع بتطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة في منظومة التعليم العالي باعتباره مدخلاً لإصلاح التعلم وتفعيلاً لدور الجامعة في المجتمع.
The study aimed at discussing the philosophy of quality in higher education from a critical perspective taken from the historical context in which grew up, and the philosophical framework within which it was crystallized through the mechanism of the analysis, this context includes modernity and globalization as interdependent and overlapping historical stages which have its repercussions on education as objectives, systems and curriculum. It is also aimed at identifying the concept of the quality of higher education in the era of globalization and - modernity, and the development of vision for the future to face the effects of globalization and its challenges. The importance of the study is to address the quality of higher education in light of the potential challenges of globalization and its impact on the culture of different people. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach which describes the phenomenon that represented by the study and analyzed it for the purpose of access to the results. The study is concluded with a number of finding , including: The quality in higher education has become a national security necessity of the challenges imposed by globalization. The study recommended the necessity of applying quality administration system in the higher education system as a gateway to learning and to reform and activate the role of university in the society.
