The purpose of this research is to examine the phenomenon of employing foreigners in Egyptian tourist and hotel establishments, further we try to focus on the importance of the effective tourism learning and training and to discuss the reasons for increasing numbers of foreign employment in Egyptian tourism and hotel sector, and then analyze its negative impact in more detail, finally we recommend suggestions to face the increasing of this phenomenon., This research depends on . distributing a questionnaire among a sample of tourist and hotel , general managers in Cairo and da. The most important findings are: Most of the respondents stated that the weakness in local employees and tourism graduates’ skills is the main reason to employ foreigners, as the changing and dynamic nature of the tourism industry necessitates continuous development of employees. There was a common agreement among respondents that the problems and negative psychological, social and financial impacts increase of foreign employees, specially their impact on the local employees’ satisfaction and performance. and the research recommend to design efficient protocol to manage the co-operation between educational and academic institutions and tourist & hotel establishments, to offer effective, well- trained and qualified employee as the tourism product relies as much on the employees providing the service as it does on the product itself .
