المستخلص: إن ظاهرة العنف في المجتمع الجزائري ليست حالة ظرفية أو منعزلة بل هي نتيجة تفاعل العديد من التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية التي طرأت على المجتمع وأفرزت عدة تأثيرات أصبحت تشكل خطرا على القيم والمبادئ والخصوصيات الثقافية للأفراد وساهمت في انتشار عدة سلوكات انحرافية وعنفية وشملت مختلف فئات المجتمع بما فيهم طلاب الجامعة خاصة الطالبات المقيمات بالأحياء الجامعية والتي اتخذوها حكما مرجعيا لهم لتبرير أفعالهم وتصرفاتهم وفتحت المجال أمام العديد من أفراد المجتمع لتبنيها وشرعنتها نتيجة غياب الوعي الثقافي وتراجع النسق القيمي والتفكك الاجتماعي وضعف الوازع الديني والأخلاقي بالإضافة إلى ضعف آليات ووسائل الضبط الاجتماعي التي تساهم في تعزيزه كل من الأسرة والدين والعادات والتقاليد والقانون والنظم الاجتماعية السائدة، كلها بطريقة أو بأخرى ساهمت في تفعيل وبلورت السلوك العنيف لدى الطالبة الجامعية المقيمة بالحي الجامعي.

La notion de déviance permet de regrouper toutes sortes de comportements dont bon nombre sont tenus communément delictieux et par la loi et par la simple opinion majoritaire et les valeurs de groupe. Parmi les déviances, nous citerons dans cette étude la violence en milieu universitaire et nous préciserons la violence chez l’étudiante résidente en cité universitaire, nous tenterons de trouver un lieu entre la violence vérbale et physique adoptée par l’étudiante et le déclin du contrôle sociale.

The phenomenon of violence in Algerian society is not a circumstantial or isolated case, but rather it is the result of the interaction of many social, cultural, economic, and political changes that have occurred in the society and produced several effects that have become a threat to the values, principles and cultural peculiarities of individuals and contributed to the spread of several deviant and violent behaviors. It has included various groups of society, such as university students, especially female students residing in university housing, who took them as a reference rule for them to justify their actions and behaviors and opened the way for many members of society to adopt and legitimize them as a result of the absence of cultural awareness, the decline of the value system, social disintegration, and the weakness of religious and moral scruples, in addition to the weakness of the mechanisms and means of social control that contribute to its strengthening of the family, religion, customs and traditions, the law and the prevailing social systems, all in one way or another contributed to activating and crystallizing the violent behavior of the university student residing in the university housing.
