المستخلص: Modern information and communication technology cannot be limited to studying the negative and positive effects that it has on its users, the most important thing is to know the impact it has by knowing the extent of this technology's use and its spread among students and the nature of its use, whether in communication or obtaining sports information. The advantage of current communication technology is interactive, and that is through the possibility of exchanging roles, where the sender can become a recipient and participant in the communication process, which can be transferred from one caller to another, and also in control of determining the content of the media message through the new communication devices that can be transferred from one place to another by university youth quite easily.
Since youth are the most vulnerable groups in society to the negative social phenomena that have spread in our society like fungi, and perhaps the most prominent of these phenomena prevalent among our youth is the phenomenon of sports violence. This phenomenon has altered the concept of the noble and beautiful principles of sport, so instead of gathering and bringing individuals together as well as peoples, they started dividing and dispersing; instead of preserving and protecting the body and lifting it above the lives, it became synonymous with injuries, nervous convulsions, and even the loss of life. Sports violence in our sports stadiums and gatherings is not hidden from anyone, regardless of the type of sport being contested.
It is the reality of our youth and university students today. In order to find a cure for this scourge, it is necessary to establish awareness and education programs using information and communication technology to guide the behavior and conduct of our youth and our students to serve and develop our sport.

Il ne peut pas être limitée la technologie moderne de l'information et de la communication dans l'étude des effets positifs et négatifs des utilisateurs qui, encore plus important est de connaître l'impact qu'en connaissant l'ampleur de l'utilisation de cette technologie et son déploiement au milieu des étudiants et de la nature de l'utilisation, que ce soit en communication ou obtenir de l'information sportive, L'avantage du courant de la technologie de communication est interactive et grâce à la possibilité de rôles échangeant ù l'expéditeur qui peuvent devenir les futurs participants dans le processus de communication qui peut être déplacé d'un connecté à un autre, ainsi que dans le contrôle de la détermination du contenu du message multimédia à travers de nouveaux dispositifs de communication qui peut être déplacé d'un endroit à un autre par la jeunesse universitaire assez facilement.
Parce que la jeunesse est plus segments de la société vulnérable aux phénomènes sociaux négatifs qui se propagent dans notre société et Ola la plus répandue parmi les jeunes ces phénomènes sont affichés violence dans le sport, ce phénomène a modifié le concept de principes sportifs nobles et belles au lieu d'être collectées et ponctuer entre les individus et les peuples sont devenus dispersés et la dispersion, et maintient la place et maintenir le corps et de divertir vies sont devenues synonyme de lésions nerveuses, des convulsions et même la perte de la vie est un secret pour personne ce qui se passe dans les stades et de nos collectivités, peu importe le type de compétition de magasin de sport de la violence dans les sports.
Est-ce la réalité de nos jeunes et nos étudiants les collectionneurs d'aujourd'hui, et de trouver un remède à ce fléau doit élaborer des programmes de sensibilisation et d'éducation en utilisant la technologie de l'information et de la communication pour uider la conduite et le comportement de nos jeunes et nos étudiants dans le meilleur intérêt de notre sport et de développer.


لا يمكن حصر التكنولوجيا الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال في دراسة الآثار السلبية والإيجابية التي تحدثها على مستعمليها، فالأهم هو معرفة الأثر الذي تحدثه من خلال معرفة مدى استعمال هذه التكنولوجيا وانتشارها وسط الطلبة وطبيعة استخدامها سواء في التواصل أو استقاء المعلومة الرياضية، فميزة تكنولوجيا الاتصال الراهنة هي التفاعلية وذلك من خلال إمكانية تبادل الدوار حيث بإمكان المرسل أن يصبح مستقبلا ومشاركا في العملية الاتصالية والتي يمكن نقلها من متصل لأخر وأيضا متحكما في تحديد مضمون الرسالة الإعلامية من خلال أجهزة الاتصال الجديدة التي يمكن نقلها من مكان لآخر من طرف الشباب الجامعي بسهولة تامة.
ولأن الشباب هو أكثر فئات المجتمع عرضة للظواهر الاجتماعية السلبية التي انتشرت في مجتمعنا كالفطريات ولعل أبرز هذه الظواهر انتشارا وسط شبابنا هي ظاهرة العنف الرياضي، فهذه الظاهرة حورت مفهوم المبادئ النبيلة والجميلة للرياضة فبدل أن تجمع وتلم بين الفراد كما الشعوب أصبحت تفرق وتشتت، وبدل أن تحافظ وتصون البدان وترفه عن الأرواح أصبحت مرادفة للإصابات والتشنجات العصبية وحتى فقدان الأرواح فلا يخفى عن أي كان ما يحدث في ملاعبنا وتجمعاتنا الرياضية مهما كان نوع الرياضة محل المنافسة من عنف رياضي.
هو واقع شبابنا وطلابنا الجامعين اليوم، ولإيجاد علاج لهذه الآفة وجب وضع برامج توعية وتثقيف باستخدام تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال للتوجيه سلوكيات وتصرفات شبابنا وطلبتنا لما يخدم ويطور من رياضتنا.
