المستخلص: This study seeks to answer the problem of the relationship between the literature of international relations, emerging from the 1920s, and values as goals, aims and objectives related to both individuals and countries. Because of the influence of positivism methodology, The literature of this science has become neutral from values within the framework of the Western methodological system, which in turn has become vocabulary: Strength, conflict, war, are among the conceptual structures of this system at the expense of the intended and typical orientations of the values of the political thought of Muslims that once they were activated, there was knowledge, development and successorship.

Cette étude se penche sur une problématique épistémologique, celle de trouver une relation entre le répertoire théorique des relations internationales ( RI ) et les valeurs comme des buts lés aux individus qu’aux pays.
On peut dire que le champ de RI , sous l’influence du positivisme, est apparu comme « science de la valeur neutre » ce qui engendre les rapports de force , guerres entre nations et autres.
Cette neutralisation des valeurs est faite au détriment des valeurs musulmanes , où elle deviennent universelles, l’humanité inspire la tolérance, paix et prospérité.

تسعى هذه الدراسة للإجابة عن إشكالية العلاقة بين أدبيات علم العلاقات الدولية الناشئة منذ عشرينيات القرن الماضي و القيم كغايات و أهداف و مقاصد مرتبطة بالأفراد و الدول على حد السواء، حيث أنه بفعل تأثير المنهجية الوضعية، أضحت أدبيات هذا العلم محايدة عن القيم في إطار المنظومة المنهجية الغربية التي بدورها، فأصبحت مفردات: القوة، الصراع، الحرب، من ضمن الأبنية المفاهيمية لهذه المنظومة على حساب التوجهات المقاصدية و السننية للقيم التي يحفل بها الفكر السياسي عند المسلمين التي متى تم تفعيلها حصل العرفان، العمران و الاستخلاف.
