|a بالنظر لطبيعة الظروف المحيطة بالكثير من الدول العربية، والتي حدثت فيها الثورات العربية وعرفت بالربيع العربي، ويعد اسقاط الأنظمة الحاكمة فيها، لم يكن هناك أي تصور حول شكل النظام الذي سيأتي بعد الثورة وطريقة تكوينه ومدي شفافيته والديمقراطية التي سيكون عليها، \nوكان من المتوقع أن تتغير الأنظمة بتغير رؤسائها وكان البعض يرى انه سوف تعم الديمقراطية والشفافية والاحترام الكامل لحقوق المواطنين دون وجود فساد وستكون الإرادة الشعبية هي الحاكمة، ولكن بعد التغيرات التي تمت في تلك الأنظمة طفت علي السطح الكثير من الاختلافات والنزاعات بين العديد من القوى السياسية وحدثت العديد من حالات الاستقصاء والاحتقان بين الكثيرين الذين شعروا بالإحباط بعد سقوط الأنظمة القديمة، \nولم تكن هذه التغيرات هي الأنسب لمرحلة ما بعد الثورات حيث أن الأنظمة الأكثر مناسبة للمرحلة الجديدة هي التي تجسد روح العدالة وتضمن الحرية والعيش الكريم لكل أفراد المجتمع، ولكن تم الاتجاه نحو بناء الأنظمة المألوفة من التجارب الأخرى.

|f Given the nature of the circumstances surrounding many Arab countries, in which the Arab revolutions took place, known as the Arab Spring, and considered the overthrow of the ruling regimes there, there was no perception of the form of the regime that would come after the revolution, the way it would be formed, the extent of its transparency and how democratic it would be. Some believed that democracy, transparency and full respect for citizens' rights would prevail without corruption and the popular will would govern. However, after the changes that took place in those regimes, many differences and disputes surfaced between the Many political forces, and there were many cases of investigation and congestion among many who were frustrated after the fall of old regimes. \nThese changes were not the most suitable for the post-revolution period, as the systems most suitable for the new phase were those that embodied the spirit of justice and guaranteed freedom and a decent living for all members of society, but the trend was towards building familiar systems from other experiences. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
