المستخلص: La révision de la structure urbaine du Grand Tunis, reste amarré aux politiques urbaines adoptées par les pouvoirs urbains, qui ont cédé gratuitement les terrains périphériques aux promoteurs, pour les vendre par la suite à la classe moyenne, ou ont confié sans autorisations au préalable et sans taxe d’appropriation versé à l’état, ou les terrains périurbains gagnant les zones agricoles à l’habitat informel et à une occupation clandestine due à l’exode rural depuis la colonisation visant notamment de nouveaux emplois.
Les quartiers fondés hors loi des habitants, qui ont les moyens de construire mais faute de pouvoir d’achat ne peuvent aucunement accéder au marché foncier légal, se sont donc manifestés. L’habitat auto construit ou illégal, laisse voir des nuances écologiques sur la proximité de deux sebkhas d’Ariana et d’Essijoumi.
