Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى واقع التطوير المهني لدي المعلمين في محافظات غزة لاستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول من وجهة نظرهم. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (330) معلماً ومعلمة في قطاع غزة (213) ذكراً، (117) أنثي، وقامت الباحثة ببناء أداة الدراسة الاستبانة وتحديد فقراتها وصياغتها لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وكانت من أهم نتائج الدراسة: -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي الدلالة (a < 0.05) بين متوسطات التطوير المهني لدي المعلمين الفلسطينيين لاستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول وفقاً لمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). ومن أهم ما توصي به الباحثة في ضوء النتائج تشجيع وتوعية المعلمين بخصائص المستحدثات التكنولوجية واستخدامها في تحسين عملية العمل والتعليم والتشارك الرقمين والاستفادة من خبرات الدول المتقدمة في برامج التنمية المهينة للمعلمين لاستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية. وتدريب المعلمين على استخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية لرفع مهارتهم، وكيفية توظيف المستحدثات التكنولوجية في التدريس.

The current study aimed to know the reality of professional development of teachers in the Gaza governorates in using the technological innovations in the light of the experiences of some countries from their points of view. The sample of the study consisted of (350) male and female teachers in the Gaza Strip, (213) male teachers and (117) female teachers. The researcher constructed the tool of the study, the questionnaire, delineated its items and formulated them in order to achieve the aims of the study. Among the most important results of the study were the following: –– There were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (a < 0.05) among the means of the professional development of Palestinian teachers towards using technological innovations in the light of the experiences of some countries which are due to the variables of social gender, educational qualification and experience . In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends encouraging and raising the awareness of the teachers concerning the characteristics of technological innovations and using them in improving the process of learning and teaching and digital participation, benefiting from the experiences of the developed countries in the programs of professional development of teachers for using the technological innovations, training the teachers in using technological innovations to upgrade their skills, and how to employ technological innovations in teaching.
