|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المرشد التربوي في علاج مشاكل الضعف الأكاديمي لدي الطلبة من وجهات نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في جنوب الخليل، وفقاً لعدة متغيرات هي: (الجنس المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة وجنس المدرسة ومستوي المدرسة). اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليل. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (137) مديراً ومديرة. تم استخدام استبانة مكونة من (29) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي (مجال الطالب ومجال المعلم ومجال البيئة التعليمية ومجال أولياء الأمور). بلغ حجم العينة الدراسي (7) مديراً ومديرة بنسبة (52.65) من حجم المجتمع الكلي. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة أن للمرشد التربوي دوراً مرتفعا في علاج مشاكل الضعف الأكاديمي لدي الطلبة من وجهات نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في جنوب الخليل على درجة الكلية، وجاء ترتيب مجالات الدراسة تنازلياً: (مجال أولياء الأمور، مجال الطالب، مجال المعلم، مجال البيئة التعليمية). كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور المرشد التربوي في علاج مشاكل الضعف الأكاديمي لدي الطلبة من وجهات نظر مديري المدراس الحكومية في جنوب الخليل تبعا لمتغيرات: (الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة وجنس المدرسة ومستوي المدرسة). وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: (تفعيل دور المرشد التربوي عن طريق منحه مزيداً من الصلاحيات في علاج الصفية، وإطلاع المرشد التربوي على الاختبارات لمتابعة مدي مراعاتها للفروق الفردية، قيام المرشد التربوي بتنظيم جلسات دورية خاصة مع المعلمين لمناقشة الأمور الأكاديمية وتحسين مستوي التحصيل للطلبة).

|b The study aimed to identify the role of the educational counselor in addressing the problems of academic weakness among the students from the viewpoints of the principals of the public schools in southern Hebron according to several variables: gender, qualification, years of experience, school type and school level. The study followed the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of (137) headmasters. The questionnaire consisted of (29) paragraphs, divided into four areas (student, teacher, educational environment and parents). The sample size was (72) director forming (52.6%) of the total size of the society. The results of the study indicate that the educational counselor has a high role in addressing the problems of academic weakness among the students from the viewpoints of the principals of the public schools in southern Hebron. The order of the fields of the study came down: (the field of parents, the field of students, the field of teachers, and the field of the educational environment). In addition, there were no statistically significant differences in the role of the educational counselor in addressing the problems of academic weakness of the students from the viewpoints of the principals of the public schools in southern Hebron according to the variables (gender, qualification, years of experience, type of school and school level). The study was came with a number of recommendations, the most important: (Activating the role of the educational counselor by granting him/her more power in treating the problems of academic weakness among the students; following up the educational advisor to the extent of interest of teachers during the classes; The educational advisor organizes special sessions with the teachers to discuss academic matters and improve the level of students’ achievement).
