المستخلص: The jihadist organizations took advantage of the events of the Arab Spring revolutions, the absence of security services, and the occurrence of general chaos in state institutions, and declared themselves to appear strongly. Their spread increased due to the great turnout of Arab youth to the use of the Internet in general and social media in particular, in addition to the deterioration of economic conditions and the absence of justice and transparency that political regimes in the region follow so that the strength and spread of these organizations may increase and the tendencies of young people may increase towards them as well, to the extent that these organizations succeed in attracting new elements from various continents of the world from the far east to the west, relying on the methods of psychological warfare that they use to influence others and give them the psychological dose that they need , whether from claiming jihad and defending religion or scenes of bloodshed and displays of power that attract some people, or the sums of money that the organization pays for its members in exchange for joining its ranks ... But those groups were able to use modern technological tools such as the website, social media, and video , photo and audio editing programs very professionally in addition to blending these techniques with a deep psychological and mental dimension, to create a state of awe and motivation at the same time and attract attention among others, the best example of this is the photography and sound techniques that appeared in the filming of the massacre of 21 Egyptian citizens in Libya.

انتهزت التنظيمات الجهادية أحداث ثورات الربيع العربي وغياب الأجهزة الأمنية وحدوث فوضى عامة بمؤسسات الدولة، وأعلنت عن نفسها لتظهر بقوة، وما زاد من انتشارها هو الاقبال الكبير من جانب الشباب العربي على استعمال شبكة الانترنت عامة ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي خاصة، فضلا عن تردي الأوضاع الاقتصادية وغياب العدالة والشفافية التي تتبعها أنظمة سياسية بالمنطقة لتزداد تلك التنظيمات قوة وانتشارا ويزيد اقبال الشباب عليها، حتى أن الأمر تعدى ذلك لتنجح تلك التنظيمات في جذب عناصر جديدة من مختلف قارات العالم من أقصى الشرق للغرب معتمدة على أساليب الحرب النفسية التي تستخدمها للتأثير في الآخرين واعطائهم الجرعة النفسية التي يحتاجونها سواء من ادعاء الجهاد والدفاع عن الدين أو مشاهد الدماء وعروض القوة التي تجذب البعض أو المبالغ المالية التي يدفعها التنظيم لعناصره مقابل الانضمام لصفوفه... ولكن تلك الجماعات استطاعت استخدام الأدوات التكنولوجية الحديثة من موقع الانترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وبرامج تحرير الفيديوهات والصور والصوت بحرفية شديدة، فضلا عن مزج تلك التقنيات ببعد نفسي وذهني عميق، لخلق حالة من الرهبة والتحفز والإثارة في نفس الوقت وجذب الانتباه لدى الآخرين وخير مثال على ذلك هو تقنيات التصوير والصوت التي ظهرت في تصوير واقعة ذبح 21 مواطن مصري في ليبيا.
