المستخلص: التعرف على درجة ممارسة مهارات الاتصال الفعال لدى المشرفات التربويات بمحافظة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة، الكشف عن وجود اختلاف في درجة ممارسة مهارات الاتصال الفعال لدى المشرفات التربويات من وجهة نظر معلمات المدارس المتوسطة بمحافظة حفر الباطن تبعا لمتغير (التخصص). منهج البحث: استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي والمنهج الوصفي المقارن، وكانت أداة الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة قامت بتصميمها الباحثة وتضمنت أربعة محاور لمهارات الاتصال الفعال: (مهارة التحدث، مهارة الكتابة، مهارة الانصات، مهارة التفكير)، والتي تمارسها المشرفة التربوية، وقد تم تطبيقها علي مجتمع البحث والذي تكون من معلمات المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة حفر الباطن وعددهن (1028) معلمة ومشرفاتهن التربويات والبالغ عددهن (79) مشرفة تربوية. نتائج البحث: أن ممارسة المشرفات التربويات بمحافظة حفر الباطن لمهارات الاتصال الفعال جاءت بدرجة (عالية جدا) من وجهة نظر المعلمات. أن ممارسة المشرفات التربويات بمحافظة حفر الباطن لمهارة التحدث جاءت بدرجة (عالية جدا) من وجهة نظر المعلمات، أن ممارسة المشرفات التربويات بمحافظة حفر الباطن لمهارة الكتابة جاءت بدرجة (عالية جدا) من وجهة نظر المعلمات، أن ممارسة المشرفات التربويات بمحافظة حفر الباطن لمهارة الانصات جاءت بدرجة (عالية جدا) من وجهة نظر المعلمات. أن ممارسة المشرفات التربويات بمحافظة حفر الباطن لمهارة التفكير جاءت بدرجة (عالية) من وجهة نظر المعلمات. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات المعلمات حول ممارسا المشرفات التربويات لمهارات الاتصال الفعال ككل وأبعادها الأربعة: (مهارة التحدث، مهارة الكتابة، مهارة الانصات، ومهارة التفكير) تعزى إلى اختلاف التخصص. التوصيات: أن تتبنى وزارة التعليم أو إدارات الإشراف التربوي عقد برامج تدريبية خاصة بمهارات الاتصال الفعال، والعمل على حث المشرفات التربويات عقد برامج تدريبية خاصة بمهارات الاتصال الفعال، والعمل على حث المشرفات التربويات في الميدان، توجيه طالبات الدراسات العليا في أقسام الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات السعودية لإجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات النوعية حول ممارسة المشرفات التربويات لمهارات الاتصال الفعال في التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية، عقد دورات تدريبية مكثفة للمشرفات التربويات في الكفايات الاشرافية الضرورية لهن. تزويد المشرفات التربويات بمصادر المعرفة المتخصصة، زيادة أعداد المشرفات التربويات وتخفيف أعبائهن الإدارية والفنية.

Research AimsIdentify the degree of effective communication skills of Educational supervisors from the perspective of middle school teachersDetect a difference in the degree of effective communication skills of Educational supervisors from the viewpoint of middle school teachers depending on the variable (specialization Research Approach: the Researcher has used the descriptive survey and the descriptive comparative study. And A questionnaire included four axes of effective communication skills, namely, (speaking skill, the skill of writing, the skill of listening, thinking), and exercised by the educational supervisor, it has been applied to the community research, which consisted of middle school teachers and the province of Hafr al-Batin their number (1028), (79) educational supervisor Research results the degree of practice the effective communication skills are (very high) from the viewpoint of the teachers the degree of practice (speak - Writing - listening) skills are (very high) but Thinking skills are (high There were no significant statistical differences in teachers responses about the educational supervisors practices for effective communication skills as a whole and the four dimensions: (speaking skill, writing skill, the skill of listening, thinking) are attributable to the different specialization Suggestions Helping students of higher studies (in educational administration departments) to make more researches and specific studies about educational supervisors practice of teamwork skills in public education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adopting a training programme on the level of Ministry of Education to train educational supervisors on how to use the necessary skills in all types of teamwork and to take care of this programme as an important element of general quality Applying the current research tool on primary and secondary schools' teachers in other governorate and areas of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Recommendations Adopt the Ministry of Education or educational supervision departments held special training programs of effective communication skills, and work on Educational urged supervisors to attend such programs, and follow-up the impact of these programs in the supervisors Educational practices in the field Guiding graduate students in educational administration departments in Saudi universities to conduct more research and qualitative studies on the practice of educational supervisors to effective communication skills in public education in Saudi Arabia Conclusion of intensive training sessions for educational supervisors in supervisory skills necessary for them.
