المستخلص: تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات ربات الأسر نحو أسباب الطلاق في مدينة عنيزة وعلاقتها بكل من عمل المرأة والدخل المالي للأسرة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكان من أهم الأدوات المستخدمة الاستبيان الذي طبق على عينة قوامها 91 ربة أسرة من مدينة عنيزة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن اكثر من نصف العينة اتجاهاتهم محايدة نحو أسباب الطلاق في مدينة عنيزة، كما أنه توجد فروق داله إحصائيا بين عينة الدراسة في اتجاهاتهن نحو أسباب الطلاق لصالح ربات الأسر غير العاملات والمطلقات، ووجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين عينة الدراسة في اتجاهاتهن نحو أسباب الطلاق تعزى لعمل المرأة ودخل الأسرة لصالح ربات المنازل وذوات الدخل المنخفض، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه سالبة بين أسباب الطلاق ككل وكل من عدد ساعات العمل ودخل الأسرة، وعلاقة موجبة مع عدد وطبيعة مصادر دخل الأسرة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: تكثيف الحملات الإعلامية بمختلف وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمقروءة والمسموعة بهدف تنوير وتثقيف المجتمع بخطورة الطلاق وتأثيراته علي الأسرة والمجتمع، إدراج قضية الطلاق ضمن المناهج التعليمية والتربوية بصورة أكثر اهتماما توضح مدى خطورة وآثار هذه القضية الخطيرة، عقد المؤتمرات العلمية والندوات وورش العمل التي تتناول سبل معالجة هذه الظاهرة (الطلاق) وانعكاساتها الصحية والنفسية والاجتماعية والأمنية علي المجتمع، من المهم نشر الوعي لدى الفتاة في جميع المراحل بأهمية التعليم والعمل، وذلك لزيادة تمكينها اقتصاديا وتأكيد دورها الإنتاج في المجتمع، تشجيع وبناء المؤسسات الاجتماعية والجمعيات الخيرية الخاصة بالمطلقات لتدريبهن على حرفة معينة يستطعن من خلالها إيجاد فرص عمل لتحسين مستواهن المادي.

The present study seeks to reveal the attitudes of women heads of family towards the causes of divorce in Onaiza city and its relationship with women's work and family's financial income. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was one of the most important tools used, applied to a sample of 91 women heads of family from Onaiza city. The study results indicated that the attitudes of more than half of the sample is neutral towards the causes of divorce in Onaiza city, there are statistically significant differences among the study sample members in their attitudes towards the causes of divorce in favor of non-working and divorced women heads of family.There is statistically significant variance between among the study sample members in their attitudes towards the causes of divorce attributed to women's work and family income for housewives and women with lower income, as well as a the negative correlation between the causes of divorce as a whole and the number of hours of work and family income, there is a positive relationship with the number and the nature of family income sources. Finally, the researcher in her study recommends the following: - Intensifying media campaigns in the various visual, written and auditory media outlets in order to enlighten and educate the community about the risks of divorce and its effects on the family and society, - Including the issue of divorce in the educational curriculum, paying more attention to the risks and effects of this serious issue, - Holding scientific conferences, seminars and workshops to discuss the proper ways of dealing with this phenomenon(divorce), in addition to identifying the health, psychological, social and security effects on society, - Confirming the significance of raising the awareness of girls at all stages of the importance of education and work in order to increase their economic empowerment and confirm their productive role in the society, - Encouraging and building social institutions and charities for divorcees to train them on a specific profession ,through which they can find jobs to improve their financial stand
