المستخلص: The research included introduction and three branches, the introduction started with Economic Reform, and its timing with the Globalization, and appearing of the other expressions related to the Globalization and Economic Reform such as Symbolic Economy, Electronic Commerce, privatization and the Corporate Governance, and their roles of moving the direct and indirect foreign capital to all the countries and then to Egypt. So, the effect of this moving in the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the exchange movement. The First Branch clarified the theoretical framework for Egyptian Economic Reform, the role of the Egyptian Stock Ex¬change to refresh the Egyptian Economic Reform. This Branch focused on the important factors which affected on the Bourse negatively or positively. The Second Branch focused on the direct foreign investments directed to the Egyptian Market through the multinational companies, the indirect foreign investments through the transactions of their stocks in the stock market. The Third Branch focused on the analyzing of the foreign investors exchanges movement in the Egyptian Bourse through their indirect investments during the period (1997-2005). Appointed the proportional volume of these transactions, realizing the preferred timings through months of the year, and the important activities which are agreeable from the foreign investors. At last, analyzing the volume foreign investors shares in the companies registered in the Egyptian Bourse. The research concluded to the important results which may cooperate in keeping the stability in the Egyptian Bourse against any possible negative directions of the foreign investors.
