|f The study aims to identify the vertical career movement path that refers to the change in the position or status occupied by the physical education teacher during the previous and current professional life cycle and is expressed by the administrative thinking and practices directed and organized for work and the competencies of workers downward or upward, and on the change in jobs and professional practices, as well as identifying the horizontal professional movement path, which refers to the change in scientific and professional practices in terms of the characteristics and standards of the professional performance of workers that stem from the membership of the professional group of teachers.\nThe two researchers used the descriptive approach in one of its survey patterns based on the method of analyzing the content of the case study and expert opinion polls. The study sample was chosen by the deliberate method intended by the veterans of physical education teachers according to the number of years of experience of (117) teachers (100) teachers “the basic sample” (17) Teacher of "the pilot sample."\nAmong the most important conclusions of the study came the dynamism of the vertical professional mobility of the first dimension (thought and administrative practices directed and organized for work and the specializations of workers) in the upward mobility trend and in the downward mobility direction according to the professional practices of physical education teachers indicating this.\nThe dynamic of the professional mobility came in the horizontal direction and in the second dimension (characteristics and standards of professional performance of workers). In the “advanced” positive horizontal direction and the negative “delayed” horizontal direction according to the professional practices of physical education teachers indicating this.\nAmong the most important recommendations:\nTaking the results of the study to reveal the weaknesses and strengths in the administrative and technical part of the professional practices of physical education teachers and including this in the Ministry of Education’s plan towards qualifying physical education teachers through in-service training programs and supporting the potential of school sports to advance it into its desired image.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مسار الحراك المهني الرأسي الذي يشير إلى التغير في الوضع أو المركز الذي يشغله معلم التربية الرياضية خلال دورة حياتهم المهنية السابقة والحالية ويعبر عنه الفكر والممارسات الإدارية الموجهة والمنظمة للعمل واختصاصات العاملين هبوطاً أو صعوداً، وعن التغير في الوظائف والممارسات المهنية وكذلك التعرف على مسار الحراك المهني الأفقي والذي يشير إلى التغير في الممارسات العلمية والوظيفية بدلالة خصائص ومعايير الأداء المهني للعاملين التي تنبع من عضوية الجماعة المهنية من المعلمين.\nوقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بإحدى أنماطه المسحية المستندة إلى أسلوب تحليل مضمون دراسة الحالة واستطلاعات رأي الخبراء، واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العمدية المقصودة من قدامى معلمي التربية الرياضية وفقاً لعدد سنوات الخبرة والبالغ عددهم (117) معلم (100) معلم "العينة الأساسية" (17) معلم "العينة الاستطلاعية".\nومن أهم استنتاجات الدراسة جاءت دينامية الحراك المهني الرأسي والخاصة بالبعد الأول (الفكر والممارسات الإدارية الموجهة والمنظمة للعمل واختصاصات العاملين) في الاتجاه الحراكي الصاعد وفي الاتجاه الحراكي الهابط طبقاً للممارسات المهنية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية الدالة على ذلك.\nكما جاءت دينامية الحراك المهني في الاتجاه الأفقي والخاصة بالبعد الثاني (خصائص ومعايير الأداء المهني للعاملين)\n في الاتجاه الأفقي الإيجابي "المتقدم" والاتجاه الأفقي السلبي "المتأخر" طبقاً للممارسات المهنية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية الدالة على ذلك.\nومن أهم التوصيات:\nالأخذ بنتائج الدراسة للكشف عن نقاط الضعف والقوة في الشق الإداري والفني للممارسات المهنية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية وإدراج ذلك في خطة وزارة التربية والتعليم نحو تأهيل معلمي التربية الرياضية من خلال برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة ودعم إمكانات الرياضة المدرسية للنهوض بها نحو صورتها المأمولة.\n
