المستخلص: ce présent article dresse un aperçu sur le travail bénévole dans les associations, cette forme libre d’engagement est primordiale dans le milieu associatif, car elle est confédérée comme le noyau capital dans le fonctionnement est bien évidement dans la réussite de l’action des militants au sein de l’association. Le bénévolat est une action volontariste et collectiviste qui est d’une part d’utilité publique et qui suscite d’autre part un certain développement et une dynamique dans son territoire d’exercice.

This article provides an overview of volunteering work in associations, this form of free engagement is essential in the community, because it is confederated as the core capital in the operation is obviously in the success of the action of activists within the association. Volunteering is a voluntarist and collectivist action that is on the one hand conisdered of the public utility and which on the other hand gives rise to a certain development and dynamics in its territory of practice.
