|a يهدف البحث إلى دراسة علم اللسان العربي، وموجز تاريخه، وأنواعه، والمصطلحات المتعددة التي استخدمها الكتاب واللغويون للدلالة على هذا العلم أمثال:"متن اللغة"، و"علم اللغة"، و"فقه اللغة"، و"علم اللسان العربي" مع تسليط الضوء على الفروق المتواجدة بينها.\nإن الباحث استخدم هنا مصطلح "علم اللسان" -ظنا بأنه هو المصطلح الأنسب للدلالة على العلم الذي يهدف إلى دراسة علمية للغة، وماهيتها، والعناصر التي تتكون منها اللغة من الأصوات، وعلم بناء الكلمة، وعلم بناء الجملة، وعلم الدلالة، وهلم جرا،- على الرغم من أن الكتاب عامة يستخدمون مصطلح:"علم اللغة" أو"فقه اللغة"، أومتن اللغة، أواللهجة، كما سيعالج البحث النظريات الثلاث التي تدور حول نشأة اللغة، ومناقشتها، مع معالجة الفصائل والأسر اللغوية التي تفرعت منها لغات العالم، والبحث متوزع إلى أربعة مباحث، وخاتمة، وثبت للمصادر والمرجع.

|f The research aims to study the science of Arabic tongue, its history, its types, and the various terms used by writers and linguists to refer to this science such as: “Text of the Language”, “Science of the language”, “Jurisprudence of the language”, “Science of the Arabic language” and “Arabic glossology” while highlighting the differences between them. \nThe researcher used the term “glossology” — in the belief that it is the most appropriate term for science that aims to study language in a scientific manner, its details, the elements that make up the language of sounds, the science of word construction, the science of syntax, the science of semantics, and so on — although the authors generally use The term: “Linguistics” or “Philology”, the text of language, or dialect.\nThe research will also address the three theories that revolve around the genesis of the language and discuss them, along with the solution for the linguistic factions and families from which the languages of the world are derived.
