|a تعد دراسة راحة الإنسان من الجوانب التي ركزت عليها الدراسات العالمية في العقد الأول والثاني من الألفية الجديدة، وذلك لأن دول العالم المتقدم يعتمدون على توفير الراحة للإنسان للوصول إلى إبداع الإنسان، وعلى وفق ذلك تم دراسة التحليل الكمي في اختيار المواقع السياحية في شمال العراق من أجل راحة الإنسان، معتمدين على بيانات المحطات المناخية وكذلك المقارنة مع المحطات في المنطقة والوسطى من العراق لتحديد أقاليم الراحة التي تمثل المناطق السياحية في شمال العراق، وتوجد مراحل عدة من العوامل (خارجية وداخلية) تؤثر بصورة مجتمعة أو منفردة على نشاط الإنسان وراحته وقدرته العقلية والعضلية وعطائه الذهني، وإن للمناخ تأثيراً مباشراً في حياة الإنسان ومن النواحي المعيشية جميعاً لكون المناخ يفرضاه أكثر الضوابط إلحاحاً وتأثيراً على مزاج الفرد والجماعة في وقت واحد، غير إن تأثير الحالة الجوية في الإنسان وفعالياته المختلفة تختلف من شخص إلى آخر ومن وقت إلى آخر، غير إن استغلال الموارد السياحية سواءً كانت طبيعية أم بشرية لها علاقة وثيقة باستغلال تلك الخصائص المناخية بشكل فعال في تطور ونشوء الحركة السياحية وبعث الراحة والانسجام لدى الأفراد لأن الجو الطبيعي أفضل تأثيراً على صحة وراحة السائح من الجو الاصطناعي.

However, the impact of the weather situation in the human and its various activities vary from person to person and from time to time. However, the exploitation of tourism resources, whether natural or human, is closely related to the exploitation of these climatic characteristics effectively in the development and development of tourism movement and restore the comfort and harmony of individuals because the natural atmosphere better impact on the health and comfort of tourists from the artificial atmosphere.
