هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تصور مقترح لتطوير وحدة النشاط الإداري لتحسين الأداء الوظيفي بكليتي الآداب والتربية في جامعة الملك خالد. واعتمدت على المنهج النوعي والوصفي الميداني. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من 126 موظفة من كليات الآداب والتربية بجامعة الملك خالد وطبقت في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي 1425/ 1436ه. وشملت أداة الدراسة استبانة لقياس دور وحدة النشاط للتطوير الإداري بالكلية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي. وتطرقت الدراسة للرد على أسئلتها ومنها الدور الذي سعت لتحقيقه وحدة النشاط الإداري بالتعاون مع كل الإدارات أو الأقسام بكليتي الآداب والتربية بجامعة الملك خالد والتحديات التي واجهت عملية التطوير، ووضع تصور مقترح لتطوير النشاط الإداري بكليتي الآداب والتربية في جامعة الملك خالد. كما أشارت في نتائجها إلى أن التطوير الإداري بكليتي الآداب والتربية في جامعة الملك خالد في مجتمعنا يتطلب جهودا خاصة وإدارة قوية لعلاج المشكلات والتغيرات التي تؤثر في البيئة التربوية بما يساعدها على التكيف مع تلك التغيرات، وأن عملية التغيير والتطوير يسهم فيها العديد من الأشخاص في مختلف الأدوار والمستويات. وقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات منها إنشاء مركز لتطوير الموظفات الإداريات بكليتي الآداب والتربية في جامعة الملك خالد ومن في حكمهم في الجامعات السعودية في الجوانب الإدارية والأكاديمية والاجتماعية وأن يكون مستقلا إداريا وماليا ومرتبطا بمدير الجامعة مباشرة. بالإضافة إلي السعي نحو توفير دليل إرشادي أكاديمي لأهم الضوابط والاستراتيجيات ذات العلاقة بالمهام الوظيفية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the study was to identify a proposed conception for the development of the administrative activity unit to improve the functionality of the faculties of arts and education at King Khalid University. The study was based on a qualitative descriptive field-based approach. The study group consisted of 126 employees from the faculties of arts and education at King Khalid University, and the study was applied in the first semester of the academic year of 1425/1436 AH. The study tool included a questionnaire to measure the role of the administrative development activity unit of the faculties in improving job performance. The study turned to answer the questions of the questionnaire, including the role, which the administrative activity unit sought to achieve in cooperation with all administrations or departments in the faculties of arts and education at King Khalid University, and the challenges facing the development process. In addition, it aimed at setting a proposed vision for the development of administrative activity in the faculties of arts and education at King Khalid University. It also pointed out in its results that the administrative development of the faculties of arts and education at King Khalid University in our society requires special efforts and strong management to address the problems and changes that affect the educational environment, hence helping it adapt to those changes. Furthermore, many people in different roles and levels contribute to the process of change and development. The study presented a number of recommendations, including the establishment of a center for the development of administrative female staff in the faculties of arts and education at King Khalid University and those in the Saudi universities in the administrative, academic and social aspects, and that it should be independent administratively and financially and directly related to the university rector.
