هدف البحث إلى بيان الشبهة المثارة حول إرث المرأة والرد عليها. وأوضح ان الدين الذي أعطى المرأة نصيباً في إرث قريبها المتوفي. وسعى البحث إلى توضيح السبب في إعطاء الإسلام الذكر ضعف ما أعطى الأنثى. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الله سبحانه وتعالى هو الذي حدد أنصبة المواريث بنفسه جل في علاه ولم يتركها للخلق. كما أشارت النتائج الى ان المرأة نالت في ظل الإسلام مكانة عظمى لم تنلها المرأة غير المسلمة في القديم أو الحديث. واوضحت اهتمام الإسلام بالعلاقات الأخوية وصلة الأرحام ونبذ القطيعة والفرقة بين أفراد الأسرة بين أحيائهم بعضهم مع بعض بل وحتى بين الأحياء والأموات. وعدالة الإسلام في توزيع المواريث بين أفراد الأسرة الذكور والإناث مما ميز نظام الإرث في الإسلام عن سائر القوانين الأرضية. وأوصى البحث بضرورة قرار مقرر لطلاب الجامعة وطالباتها للرد على الشبهات المثارة حول دينهم الإسلامي. والاستفادة من التقنيات الحديثة وتوظيفها لبيان مزايا هذا الدين العظيم ونشره في الأمصار. وضرورة عمل حملات توعوية لطلاب الجامعات وطالباتها عن أهمية الإعتزاز بدينهم وكيفية الدفاع عنه.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The purpose of the research is to clarify the suspicions raised about the woman's legacy and to respond to them. The religion which gave women a share in the legacy of their deceased relative. The research sought to explain the reason of giving the male twice as much as the female. The research used the descriptive approach. The results of the research found that Allah Almighty is the one who set the shares of the inheritance Himself Almighty and did not leave it for the human beings. The results also indicate that women have gained, in the Islam, a great status that the non-Muslim women did not gained it in the old or modern. It explained the interest of the Islam in the fraternal relations and the kinship ties between and renounce the abandonment and divided between the members of the family between their neighborhoods with each other and even between the living and the dead, as well as the justice of the Islam in the distribution of inheritance between the male and female family members which distinguished the inheritance system in the Islam from other land laws. The research recommended the necessity of applying the decision for the university male and female students to response to the raised suspicions about their Islamic religion and to take advantage of the modern techniques and use them to demonstrate the advantages of this great religion and publish it .
