المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة رضا أعضاء الهيئة المركزيّة لنقابة المعلّمين الأردنيين عن دور كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنّية في إعداد وتدريب المعلمين. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء الهيئة المركزيّة لنقابة المعلّمين الأردنيين لعام (2015) وعددهم (286) وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، تمّ تطوير استبانة لقياس درجة رضا أعضاء الهيئة المركزيّة لنقابة المعلّمين الأردنيين عن دور كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنّية في إعداد وتدريب المعلمين، استخرج لها معاملات الصدق والثبات طبقًا للأصول العلميّة المرعية في هذا المجال؛ حيث تكوّنت أداة الدراسة من (15) فقرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ درجة رضا أعضاء الهيئة المركزيّة لنقابة المعلّمين الأردنيين عن دور كليات العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنّية في إعداد وتدريب المعلمين جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي 2.37 وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضًا عدم وجود اختلافات في إجابات عينة الدراسة تُعزى إلى متغيّري الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، بينما كانت هناك فروق تعزى لمتغير الخبرة العملية لصالح ذوي الخبرة الأكثر من خمسةَ عشرَ عاما. وقد توصّلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها ضرورة أن تغطي برامج تأهيل المعلّمين في كليات العلوم التربوية الجانب العملي، وأن تهتمّ بجميع جوانب المهنة، وألا تركز فقط على الجانب النظري التعليمي.

This study aimed to identify the degree of satisfaction of the members of the central commission of the Jordanian teachers syndicate on the role of educational science faculties at Jordanian universities in the preparation and training of the teachers. The study sample consisted of (286) which is all the members of the central commissions of the Jordanian teachers' syndicate (2015). In order to answer the questions, a questionnaire was developed to measure the degree of satisfaction of the members of the central commission of the Jordanian teachers syndicate on the role of educational science faculties at Jordanian universities in the preparation and training of the teachers, Validity and reliability factors were made in accordance with standards applied in this field. The instrument consisted of (15) items. The results of the study showed that the degree of satisfaction of the members of the central commissions of the Jordanian teachers' syndicate on the role of educational science faculties at Jordanian universities in the preparation and training of the teachers scored an average of 2.37. In addition, the results also showed no differences in the answers of the study sample attributed to gender regarding the educational qualification. While there have been differences due to practical experience for the benefit of people with more than fifteen years experience. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, namely: There is a need that the programs of teacher education in the faculties of education science to cover the practical side, and to show interest on the career as a whole, not only on the theoretical educational aspect.
