تهدف هذه الدراسة إلي تحليل مصطلح الأمن الفكري وبيان مدي أهميته، مع التركيز علي تحديد ضوابط تحقيق أهدافه بشكل دقيق ومتقن، وتوضيح تعريف الجامعة في سبيل إيضاح دورها كحاضنة للشباب في عمر تكون الفكر، ومدي أهميتها في المجتمع الحديث، وقد تم التركيز علي أهمية أدوار الجامعة ككيان يعد من أهم المؤسسات العلمية والتربوية التي تضم أكبر فئة في المجتمع السعودي وهم الشباب، الذين يعدون وفقاً لفهم الواقع في اخطر وأبرز المراحل السنية، التي يحتاجون خلالها إلي الإلمام المتكامل بمفهوم مصطلح الأمن الفكري، مع مساعدتهم وتوفير السبل العلمية والعملية لتحويله من كيان نظري إلي عمل واقعي يفيد مجتمعهم، وسلوك سلمي معاش يلمسه المجتمع، ويمكن تحقيق ذلك بتفعيل دور الجامعة الرئيس عن طريق الخدمة المجتمعية التي تعد إحدى أهم وأبرز وظائف الجامعة الجوهرية في العصر الحديث، وتوصلت الدراسة بشكل عملي إلي توفير مقترح يحاول أن يوجه ويحدد أدوار الجامعة المفترضة في كيفية تحقيق الأمن الفكري، وذلك من خلال التركيز علي (المرتكزات والعوامل الفكرية لدور الجامعة الحديث في تحقيق الأمن الفكري، وأسسه وأهدافه ومضمونه ووسائل تحقيقه بأسلوب علمي وواقعي) وذلك كدور تربوي ووطني حان وقته، ويقع علي عاتق الجامعات إضافة إلي دورها العلمي والبحثي، ويأمل الباحث أن تكون الدراسة قد أسهمت في إيضاح فكرة مواجهة التحديات التي توجب ضرورة توفير الأمن الفكري الوطني عن طريق مساهمة الجامعات الإيجابي، وذلك لما يمثله من أهمية للدول الحديثة لحماية أمنها الوطني وتعزيز قيم الوحدة الوطنية لدي الناشئة وشباب المجتمع، وأخيرا توصلت من خلال البحث المعمق إلي بعض النتائج والتوصيات الهامة.
This study aims to analyzing Intellectual Security term and reviewing how important it is, alongside with specifying its achieving goals disciplines accurately and elaborately. The identification of the university will be simplified in order to clarify its role as a foster for young people in the age of forming the concept and to its importance in modem community. This study focused on the importance of university roles as an entity which is deemed to be one of the most important scientific and educational institutions which include the biggest age group in Saudi community which is young people. They are in the most dangerous and prominent period of age according to the understanding of reality, they need in this period to the entire understanding of the Intellectual Security term by helping and providing with scientific and practical methods to transfer it from a theoretical structure to a useful real structure in their community and a peaceful living conduct discovered by community. It's achievable through activating the main role of the university by community service which deemed to be the most important and prominent function of the essential university in modem time. The existing study has got practically to provide a suggestion works on leading and specifying the assumed roles of university in attaining the Intellectual Security through focusing on (the foundations and the conceptional factors of university modem role in attaining the Intellectual Security, its fundamentals, goals, context and its ways of attaining in scientific and real manner), as being educational and national role that its time has come and lies with universities in addition to its scientific and research role. By the hope of engagement of the study to clarify the concept of facing challenges which require the essentiality of providing the National Intellectual Security by the positive university participation. This comes out of its importance to modem countries in protecting its national security and in promoting the values of national unity of the offspring and young people of community, and then I've got some results and important recommendations by the in-depth research.
