هدفت هذه الورقة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتخطيط مكتبة مدرسية تخدم ذوي الإعاقة السمعية. وتسليط الضوء على فراغ المكتبة بمدارس الصم وضعاف السمع بجمهورية مصر العربية في المستقبل. وإعادة تصميم وتطوير المكتبات القائمة بالفعل في الوقت الراهن. وتطرقت هذه الورقة إلى الجوانب الإنسانية وعوامل أكاديمية ودراسية وهي تتعلق بالخبرات السابقة لأفراد البحث. وكذلك الجوانب التصميمية الوظيفية والجمالية. وناقشت الجوانب التأهيلية. كما قدمت نموذج مقترح لمدرسة للصم وضعاف السمع. ومكتبة مدرسية مقترحة للصم وضعاف السمع. والتصميم الداخلي للمكتبة. وأوصت هذه الورقة بضرورة عمل مجسم دائري على شكل خريطة يضم جميع مكتبات مدارس الصم وضعاف السمع في محافظات الجمهورية. ويوضع على حامل لا يتعدى طوله المتر حتى يكون في مستوى نظر الطلاب. ويتم وضعه على حافة المستوى الأول بالمكتبة قبل الدخول على الأرفف ليتعرف الطلاب على أماكن تواجد ذويهم على مستوى الجمهورية. وإعداد استبيان سنوي ورقي ورقمي للطلاب لتقييم خدمات وأنشطة المكتبة على مدار العام. ووضع اقتراحاتهم وتوصياتهم محل الاعتبار مع إعداد استبيان آخر منفصل لتقييم أداء أخصائي المكتبة. وتكوين لجنة من الموجهين لمتابعتها ومراقبة الأخصائيين وتقييمهم وفقا لآراء الطلاب عن أدائهم اليومي.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
This paper aims to develop a proposed conception for planning a school library that serves people with hearing disabilities. It highlights the library space in the deaf and hearing impaired schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the future, redesigns and develops the existing libraries. The paper dealt with the humanitarian and academic study aspects and it relates to the previous experiences of research members as well as functional, aesthetic, and design aspects. It discussed the rehabilitation aspects. In addition, it presented a proposed model for deaf and hearing impaired school, a proposed library for deaf and hearing impaired school, and interior design of the library. This paper recommended the need to work circular model in the form of a map of all libraries for deaf and hearing impaired school in the governorates of the Republic. It is placed on a holder that does not exceed one meter in length to be at the level of the students' eyes. It is placed on the edge of the first level in the library before entering to the shelves so that students can identify the whereabouts of their relatives at the level of the Republic. It recommended preparing an annual paper and questionnaire for student to evaluate library services and activities over the year, and then take their suggestions and recommendations into consideration with preparation of a separate questionnaire to assess the library specialist performance. In addition to forming a committee of supervisors to follow up, monitor, and evaluate specialists according to the views of students about their daily performance.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
