المستخلص: Education in Holy Karbala described as a civil system with the thought and movements of the nation. it has an important role in progress operation otherwise its activity, development and problems could not be achieved without historical progress, but it can be done with the detection of active relation that connected with education in Karbala. This subject is a spot of this study that dealt with modern education since 14th July 1958 until 17th of July 1968 The importance of this subject concentrated on two sides, one of them concerns with the side of education, whereas the other concerns with the special situation of this city in history of Iraq in addition to its special place in hearts of Moslems in the world. The study of the modern emergence in Karbala 1958-1968 and its connected with social economical, political sides also the reasons of its progress.

هذه الدراسة محاولة جادة لفهم تطور التعليم في كربلاء المقدسة خلال المدة 1958-1968، تناول البحث محاور عدة، ابتدأ في رياض الأطفال، ومن ثم التعليم الابتدائي في كربلاء، فالتعليم الثانوي، اعتمد التربية، التخطيط، والإرشاد، فضلا عن عديد الكتب التي اعتمدت الوثائق والتي سيجدها القارئ في ثبت المصادر.
