المستخلص: Tourism and its foreign currency, and labor employment, make it a strategic sectors as a result of the creation of the linkages between many sectors, making it an integrated industry in itself, based on the internal tourism components, natural and civilization, provided that the necessary factors, such as infrastructure , Security conditions, and complementary services. In order to keep pace with the leading innovative tourism models, it is necessary to create means and economic environments that is capable of exploiting the available tourism components and finding effective strategies that will make the tourism sector a leader in development, contributing to economic growth in a distinctive way. For the Maghreb countries, they have common natural and cultural features, due to the identical geographical location of the Mediterranean, which is far from isolation and climate extremes, which can be reached from a wide range of countries, to its Arab extension, to Africa, and near to Europe which is considered the largest tourist market, as well as it owning the natural and climatic diversity, and the cultural and civilizational heritage resulting from the succession of ancient civilizations, which left monuments, buildings and castles, indicating the region's heritage, making it the most attractive tourist destination and respond to demand.
