dis research aims to identify the motives and reasons for applying corporate governance approach in organizations of manufacturing electrical and electronic devices in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City, it olso aims to study and analyze the dimensions of current situation of applying governance approach and determine the level of ethical behavior in Egyptian industrial organizations, especially the organizations under study in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City, and dis research tests –in field - the relationship between the governance of decision-making process and ethical behavior in industrial organizations in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City. The results of study reveal that the most important reasons which direct industrial organizations in the Tenth-Of-Ramadan City towards applying corporate governance include; the low level of realized revenues and the desire to improve, develop and enhance firm competitive advantages , and Through evaluating the current situation of companies under study, the researcher found that the most distinct companies which apply corporate governance approach are: El-Sewedy For Electric Industries and Auto Cool For Air Conditioning Systems. Also, she found that the most applied dimensions of corporate governance in these two companies are: developing plans and policies in a long-run strategic framework, determining bases and rules for guiding decision-making, the existence of a clear and specific system for control and appraisal and building a specific structure of relationships between organization, its employees and those who deal wif it , Study also Found a statistically significant relationship between the governance of decision-making process and ethical behavior in organizations under study.
يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على الدوافع والأسباب التي دعت الى تطبيق مدخل حكومات الشركات في منظمة صناعة الأجهزة الكهربائية والالكترونية في مدينة العاشر من رمضان، كما يهدف البحث الى دراسة وتحليل أبعاد الموقف الحالي بالنسبة لتطبيق مدخل الحكومة وتحديد مستوي السلوك الأخلاقي في المنظمات الصناعية المصرية وخاصة المنظمات موضع الدراسة بمدينة العاشر من رمضان، واختبار العلاقة ميدانياً بين حكومة اتخاذ القرارات والسلوك الأخلاقي في المنظمات الصناعية بمدينة العاشر من رمضان. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم الأسباب الرئيسية التي تدفع المنظمات الصناعية في مدينة العاشر من رمضان الى الاتجاه نحو تطبيق مدخل حكومة الشركات تتمثل في انخفاض مستوي الإيرادات المحققة والرغبة في التحسين والتطوير وتدعيم المزايا التنافسية للشركة، ومن خلال تقييم الوضع الحالي للشركات موضع الدراسة توصلت الباحثة الى أن أبرز الشركات التي تطبق مدخل الحكومة هي شركة السويدي للصناعات الكهربائية وشركة أوتوكول لأنظمة التبريد والتكييف، وقد تبين أن أكثر أبعاد وجوانب الحكومة تطبيقاً في هاتين الشركتين هي: إعداد الخطط والسياسات في إطار استراتيجي طويل الأجل، وضع آليات لتحقيق الانضباط والشفافية، تحديد أسس وقواعد مرشدة لاتخاذ القرارات، وجود نظام واضح ومحدد للرقابة والتقييم، وبناء هيكل محدد للعلاقات بين المنظمة والعاملين فيها والمتعاملين معها، كما توصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين حكومة عملية اتخاذ القرارات والسلوك الأخلاقي في المنظمات موضع الدراسة.
