|b The city of Najaf gave birth to many scholars and reformers who left scientific and knowledge traces. These were Mohammed Hassan al- Talaqani. The research focused on his most important reformist ideas, which focused on three axes: The first axis is his interest in the subject of the press after he reviewed its importance and its origin in Iraq to the establishment of the republican system after the fourteenth of July 1958 expressing his opinion on the number of points to contribute to the development of the press to improve its career status, The second axis was the share of his contribution to the modernization of the curriculum in the Hawza scientific path of his predecessors in urging the introduction of a number of sciences on the methods of the Hawzawi with a view to scientificization and expand the intellectual horizons of its students through the integration of mathematical sciences and astronomy and the science of speech within the curriculum, The researcher in the last axis of the active contribution of said Talaqani in the success of the educational course for clergy, whose goal was to engage students of religious sciences for education in public schools after their appointment in the Ministry of Education on that day, Through the introduction of those interested in a course to prepare them to teach Arabic language and religious education, has dedicated a number of pages of the magazine (Almaarf) to announce the session and keep up with news, as quoted texts of several official books issued by the Ministry of Education regarding this session.
