المستخلص: يراهن هابرماس في مشروع التواصل على ضرورة تحقيق مطلب الديمقراطية التشاورية، محاولا إيجاد حلول عقلانية تداولية، تداوتیة، تحتكم إلى إیتیقا التواصل، وتتم من خلال الإجماع الذي یحفظ حقوق الجميع في النقاش، لتكون بذلك المناقشة سبيلا ملائما لحل الصراعات العالمية، ورفع مطالب حقوق الإنسان والتعددية الثقافية والدینیة وتكريس الديمقراطية، بفتح المجال للمناقشات وامتحان الرأي العام على الصعید السياسي والديني، ضمن فضاء عمومي منظم غرضه تحقيق المصلحة العامة وتوثيق عرى التواصل.

In the communication project Habermas supports the need to achieve the demand for deliberative democracy. He is trying to find deliberative and intersubjective rational solutions which call on the ethics communication; Habermas is based on a consensus preserving everyone’s rights in the debate so that the discussion is an appropriate means of resolving global conflicts; allowing the raising of human rights requirements. There are some means for example Cultural and religious pluralism, which must be devoted to democracy and communication. Habermas instead opens the way for discussions and testing public opinion on a political and religious level, in a public space organized to achieve the public interest and a more narrow communication.

Dans le projet de la communication, Habermas s’appuie sur la nécessité de parvenir la demande de la démocratie délibérative, en essayant de le lui trouver des solutions rationnelles délibératives et intersubjectives , invoquant l'éthique de la communication, qui se base sur un consensus préservant les droits de tous dans le débat, afin que la discussion soit un moyen approprié pour résoudre les conflits mondiaux, et permettant le soulèvement des exigences des droits de l'homme; le pluralisme culturel et religieux qui doit se dévouer à la démocratie et à la communication , en ouvrant l’espace aux discussions et tester l’opinion publique sur le plan politique et religieux, dans un espace public organisé pour parvenir à l’intérêt public et à une communication plus étroite.
