هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الجوانب المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية المرتبطة بسلوك الأحداث الجانحين بمؤسسات إدارة التوجيه والإرشاد بوزارة التربية بدولة الكويت. ودور الخدمة الاجتماعية بإدارة التوعية والإرشاد بوزارة الشئون والعمل في تعديل سلوكيات الحداث الجانحين. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. في توضيح مفهوم الحدث والتعريف الاجتماعي للانحراف. وتصنيف انحراف الأحداث من وجهة النظر القانونية ومن المنظور السيكولوجي. وتحديد الخصائص والسمات التي يتميز بها الجانحون. والعناصر الأساسية لتحليل ظاهرة الانحراف. وعوامل وأسباب انحراف الأحداث. ومظاهر سلوك الأحداث المنحرفين. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة الخدمة الاجتماعية. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تأهيل الاخصائيين العاملين في مجال رعاية الاحداث المنحرفين. وإقامة دورات تدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين تسهم كيفية استخدام برامج التدخل المهني مع الأحداث المنحرفين. وعقد المناقشات الجماعية من خلال خبراء ومتخصصين في مجال رعاية الاحداث المنحرفين. وعمل ندوات ومؤتمرات للاطلاع على الاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال الخدمة الاجتماعية عند التعامل مع الاحداث المنحرفين. بالإضافة إلى توفير الدعم الكافي لبرامج نشاط رعاية الاحداث المنحرفين في إدارة التوعية والإرشاد بدولة الكويت. والاهتمام ببرامج الرعاية اللاحقة تجنبا لحدوث انتكاسة بعد الخروج من المؤسسة. والبعد عن العنف في التعامل مع الحدث المنحرف وتوفير الجو النفسي والاجتماعي المناسب داخل المؤسسات. وضرورة الشراكة بين مؤسسات رعاية الاحداث ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني حتى لا يكون الحدث منعزل عن المجتمع. كما أوصى بضرورة زيادة عدد الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بمجال رعاية الاحداث الجانحين بإدارة التوعية والإرشاد بوزارة الشئون والعمل بدولة الكويت. وتطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسات رعاية الاحداث الجانحين. وانشاء مدارس فنية مخصصة للأحداث الجانحين لتعليم بعض المهارات والمهن الفنية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The objective of the research is to identify the cognitive, emotional and behavioral aspects related to the behavior of delinquent juveniles in the guidance and counseling Administration institutions of the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait. In addition to the role of social service in the Department of Awareness and Guidance in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in modifying the behavior of delinquent juveniles . The research used the descriptive method in clarifying the concept of the juveniles and the social definition of deviation classifying deviation of juveniles from a legal and psychological point of view. In addition to the determination of the characteristics and the merits which feature the delinquents, and the basic elements of the analysis of the phenomenon of delinquency, the factors and causes of juvenile deviation , and features of behavior delinquent juveniles . The research tool was the Social Service Survey,. The research recommended the need to qualify specialists working in the field of juvenile care for deviant people. In addition to presenting training courses for social workers that contribute to how to use professional intervention programs with delinquent juveniles. Collective discussions are held by experts specialized in field of care delinquent juveniles . In addition to making seminars and conferences to see the latest trends in the field of social service when dealing with delinquent juveniles. In addition to providing adequate support for the activities of juvenile delinquency care in the management of awareness and guidance in the State of Kuwait giving attention to post-care programs to avoid a setback after leaving the institution, and being away from violence in dealing with the deviant juvenile providing the appropriate psychological and social atmosphere within the institutions .
