|a من الواضح أن تعليمية اللغة إشكالية معقدة فهي حاضرة ولازمة في التفكير اللساني وخاضعة للبحث في كل آن، وهي كذلك ضرورة ملحة تتطلب التطوير في الآليات والمنهج تماشيا مع متطلبات العصر، فكان لابد من أن يتحول التعليم من مؤسسة استهلاكية إلى مؤسسة استثمار في إنتاج العنصر البشري الكفء، فصار لزاما الإجابة عن الأسئلة المشروعة، كيف ننتج متعلما يمتلك كل المقومات المعرفية والمهارية في اللغة العربية، وقادر التفاعل الجيد مع عناصر المعرفة والعصرنة؟ وما الوسائل التعليمية الوظيفية التي تفي بذلك؟

|d Il est clair que l'enseignement des langues est un problème complexe, présent et nécessaire dans la pensée linguistique et soumis à la recherche à tout moment, mais aussi une nécessité urgente qui nécessite un développement de mécanismes et de curricula adaptés aux exigences de l'époque. Comment produire une personne éduquée qui possède toutes les connaissances et compétences dans la langue arabe et qui est capable d'interagir bien avec les éléments de la connaissance et de la modernité? Quels sont les systémes pédagogiques fonctionnels qui répondent à ce besoin ?

|b It is clear that language teaching is a complex problem. It is present and necessary in linguistic thinking and is subject to research at all times. It is also an urgent necessity that requires the development of mechanisms and curricula in line with the requirements of the times. The education has to be transformed from a consumer institution to an investment institution in the production of the human element. How to produce an educated person who possesses all the knowledge and skills in the Arabic language and is able to interact well with the elements of knowledge and modernity? What is the functional teaching aids that meet this?
