"يهدف هذا البحث إلى: تقييم أداء المشرف التربوي غير المتخصص موسيقيا لبعض المهام التربوية والأكاديمية المرتبطة بمجال الموسيقى من وجهة نظر طالباته المتدربات أثناء فترة التدريب الميداني. طبق هذا البحث على: عينة من طالبات كلية رياض الأطفال- جامعة الإسكندرية بكل من الفرقتين الثالثة وبلغ قوامها (٧٠) طالبة متدربة، والرابعة وبلغ قوامها (٨٣) طالبة متدربة، من اللاتي تم توزيعهن خلال مكتب التدريب الميداني بالكلية بالفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الأكاديمي (٢٠١٥- ٢٠١٤) على روضتي كليوباترا ونور الإسلام التجريبية التابعتان لإدارتي شرق ووسط التعليمية، والتابعتين لوزارة التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الإسكندرية. منهج البحث: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث الحالي. أدوات البحث: وتم إعداد أداتين للبحث هما: أ- تصميم استبيان ""تقييم أداء المشرف التربوي غير المتخصص أكاديميا في مجال الموسيقى للمهام التربوية والأكاديمية في مجال الموسيقى من وجهة نظر طالباته المتدربات. (إعداد الباحثة) ب- بناء أداة استرشادية مقترحة: لتقييم أداء الطالبة المتدربة بالمجال الموسيقي أثناء فترة التدريب الميداني (إعداد الباحثة). نتائج البحث: توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن تقييم المشرف التربوي غير المتخصص أكاديميا في الموسيقى جاء ليسفر عن ضعف أداء مساعدة المشرف التربوي غير المتخصص موسيقيا لطالباته المتدربات بالمهام التربوية والأكاديمية. توصيات البحث: - التقييم المستمر لبرامج التدريب الميداني العملي وتطويرها في ضوء ما تم الكشف عنه من نتائج. - تحديد قوائم بالمتطلبات المهنية اللازمة للعمل في كل مرحلة من مراحل التدريب العملي، بداية من مرحلة رياض الأطفال. الدراسات والأبحاث المقترحة: - تقويم واقع التربية الميدانية ومشكلاتها من وجهة نظر الطالبات المتدربات. - إجراء دراسات لتحديد قوائم بالكفايات المهنية اللازمة للطالبات المعلمات المتدربات بمرحلة رياض الأطفال وفق معايير الجودة العالمية."
