المستخلص: The present study conducted with a group of masters at UKMO shows that the majority have a moderate fluency in reading and that they are used to reading regularly but insufficiently in relation to their intellectual level. Research has also shown that they tend to read across the screen and view electronic documents, which regresses when reading paper documents. The rate of readers (good readers) among these masters does not exceed 12% On the other hand, some students do not read fluently, which makes their reading slow and therefore lose the desire to read. Most of these become unwilling to read regularly. Yet they can progress and become skilled in reading through a few quick reading techniques tested with this group.

تظهر هذه الدراسة التي أجريت مع مجموعة من طلبة الماجستير بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة أن الغالبية لديهم طلاقه معتدلة في القراءة، وأنهم يقرؤون بانتظام ولكن بنسبة غير كافية مقارنة بمستواهم الدراسي. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن أغلبية الطلبة يميلون الى القراءة الإلكترونية وأن معدل القراء الجيدين بين هؤلاء لا يتجاوز نسبة 12%. من ناحية أخرى بعض الطلاب لا يقرؤون بالانسيابية المطلوبة مما يجعل قراءتهم بطيئة ويفقدهم الرغبة في مواصلة القراءة. وتجد معظمهم لا يقرؤون بانتظام. إلا أنه بإمكانهم تحسين سرعة قراءتهم باستعمال بعض تقنيات القراءة السريعة التي تم اختبارها مع هذه المجموعة.

La présente étude menée auprès d'un groupe de mastérants à l'UKMO montre que la plupart des étudiants possèdent une fluidité moyenne en lecture et qu'ils lisent régulièrement mais insuffisamment. La recherche a montré également que la tendance à lire à travers l'écran et consulter des documents électroniques provoque une régression en lecture des documents en papier. Le taux de liseurs parmi ces mastérants ne dépasse pas 12٪ D'autre part, certains étudiants ne lisent pas avec fluidité, ce qui rend leur lecture lente et perdent par conséquent l'envie de lire. La plupart de ces derniers deviennent non habitués à lire régulièrement. Pourtant ils peuvent progresser et devenir habiles en lecture grâce à quelques techniques de lecture rapide testées avec ce groupe.
