|e هدف البحث الى إلقاء الضوء على دراسة وصفيه لتطوير التنظيم الإداري في ضوء أبعاد التنمية المستدامة. وأشار الى تحديد آليات تطوير التنظيم الإداري في ضوء أبعاد التنمية المستدامة. والى ان أهمية البحث من أهمية التنمية بصفة عامة والتنمية المستدامة بصفة خاصه والارتباط القوي بين التنظيم الإداري والتنمية المستدامة. والحاجة الملحة لتطوير التنظيم الإداري في ظل التغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة. وأوضح أنها بإمكانها ان تفيد العديد من الجهات المسئولة خاصة المديرين في المجالات المختلفة والمسئولين عن تطوير العمل الإداري. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلت نتائج البحث الى تعدد أهداف التنظيم الإداري. وأنه يمكن تطوير التنظيم الإداري من خلال الالتزام بمبادئ وأبعاد التنمية المستدامة. والى ان التنمية المستدامة ترتكز على ثلاثة عناصر اساسيه هما الاقتصاد والمجتمع والبيئة لذلك فإن أي برنامج ناجح للتنمية المستدامة لابد له أن يحقق التوازن والانسجام بين هذه العناصر الثلاثة. كما أشارت النتائج الى أنه على الرغم من تباين تصنيف وتسمية مدارس ونظريات التنظيم الإداري إلا أنها كان لها إسهاماً واضحا في التنمية المستدامة وذلك من خلال بعد أو أكثر من أبعادها. وخلص البحث الى أن المدرسة الحديثة كان لها الدور المفصلي والأهم في تدعيم التنمية المستدامة كفكر استراتيجي. وأوصى البحث بضرورة الاستفادة من التجارب الحديثة في مجال التنظيم الإداري. وضرورة الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في مجال التنمية المستدامة. كما أوصى بضرورة تكاتف جميع الأجهزة والهيئات والمنظمات داخل المجتمع وتكاملها من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

|f The research aimed to shed the light on a descriptive study to develop the administrative organization in light of the sustainable development dimensions. It pointed to determine the mechanisms for the administrative organization development, in light of the sustainable development dimensions, and that the research importance comes from the significance of development in general and of the sustainable development in particular. In addition, the strong link between the administrative management and the sustainable development, and the urgent need to develop the administrative organization in light of the contemporary societal changes. The research also explained that the sustainable development can benefit many responsible authorities, especially managers in different areas and the responsible persons for the administrative work development. The research used the descriptive approach. The results of the research reached to the objectives multiplicity of the administrative organizations, and that the administrative organization could be developed by adhering to the principles and dimensions of the sustainable development. In addition, the sustainable development is based on three basic elements: economy, society and the environment. Therefore, any successful program for the sustainable development must balance and harmonize these three elements. The results also indicated that, although the classification and naming variation of the administrative organization schools and theories, they had a clear contribution to the sustainable development through one of its dimensions or more. The research concluded that the modern school had the pivotal and more importantly role in promoting the sustainable development as a strategic thinking. The research recommended the need to benefit from the recent experiences in the field of the administrative organization, and to benefit from the successful experiences in the field of the sustainable development. It also recommended that all authorities, bodies and organizations within the society, should be integrated in order to achieve the sustainable development.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
