المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم المشكلات الأكاديمية التي يواجهها طلاب السنة الأولى في كليات محافظة عفيف أثناء فترة الدراسة، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي، والتعرف على درجة الارتباط بين المشكلات ومستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لهم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، كان أبرزها: \ -إن الطلاب موافقون بدرجة متوسطة على المشكلات الأكاديمية المرتبطة ب: (الأستاذ الجامعي، والإرشاد الأكاديمي، والمقررات الدراسية، والطالب). \ -أظهرت النتائج تدنى مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي، حيث تبين أن (57.5%) من إجمالي عينة الدراسة معدلهم التراكمي يتراوح ما بين (1 إلى أقل من 2.75). \ -أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المشكلات الأكاديمية التي تواجههم باختلاف البيانات الأولية: (الكلية-المعدل التراكمي-عدد الإنذارات الأكاديمية). \ -كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة عكسية بين المشكلات الأكاديمية المرتبطة بالأستاذ الجامعي وبين مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي، أي أنه كلما زادت المشكلات الأكاديمية المرتبطة بالأستاذ الجامعي؛ كلما انخفض مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي للطلاب، والعكس صحيح. \ وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات للحد من المشكلات الأكاديمية.

The study aimed to identify the important academic and administrative that faces the first year students at the colleges of Affif's province during study, it also aimed to identify the academic performance level, and relation degree between the problems and their performance level. The study found a range of recommendations the most notable of it were: \ • That the students agree moderately on academic- problems related to (Professor, academic guidance, curriculums and student) and the administrative problems related to (admission and registration system and student affairs) and largely agree on the administrative problems related to building and educational equipment. \ .The results showed the low level of academic performance, it WM found that (57.5%) of the total cumulative GPA of the students is between (1 to than 2.75). \ .The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the study sample about the academic and administrative problems that they face preliminary data variation (total - average number of academic cumulative GPA - alarms). \ .The results revealed an inverse relationship between academic problems associated with the university professors and the level of academic performance, that is. the more academic problems associated with university professors the tower level of academic performance of students and vice versa. \ .According to these results the study recommended a several recommendations to decrease the academic and administrative problems.
