هدف البحث الي بناء نموذج معاصر يدعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي في التعليم الجامعي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. في توضيح مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي في التعليم الجامعي وأهميته في التعليم الجامعي وأهدافه وأساليبه ومنها أسلوب دلفاي وخطوات تنفيذه وأسلوب تحليل النظم وأسلوب السيناريو والتصنيفات المتعددة لأنواع السيناريوهات وطرق بناء السيناريوهات وأسلوب بطاقة الأداء المتوازن تعريفها وأبعادها وخطوات تطبيقها في التعليم الجامعي وأسلوب التحليلي البيئي تعريفه ومحاوره والتي تمثلت في تحليل البيئة الداخلية من نقاط القوة والضعف وتحليل البيئة الخارجية عن طريق تحليل الفرص الخارجية وتحليل التهديدات والمخاطر الخارجية.\n كما حلل البحث بعض نماذج التخطيط الاستراتيجي مثل نموذج دافيز وإليسون ونموذج حسن مختار ونموذج جونسون وسكولز. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أهمية التخطيط الاستراتيجي في التعليم الجامعي فهو وسيلة لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة والمنافسة والحصول على الجودة والاعتماد. وأوصى البحث بضرورة نشر الوعي بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي وأهميته لدي العاملين بالجامعات. وإعداد القيادات الإدارية إعدادا جيدا وتزويدها بمهارات وكفايات التخطيط الاستراتيجي. كما أكد على ضرورة استخدام نماذج التخطيط الاستراتيجي الحديثة والمعاصرة للنهوض بالتعلم الجامعي.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aims is to establish a contemporary model that supports strategic planning in university education. The descriptive analytical approach is used to clarify the concept of strategic planning in university education and its importance in university education, its objectives and methods, including the method of Delphi and the steps of implementation method of systems analysis, scenario style and multiple classifications of scenario types and scenario-building methods, the balanced performance card style and its dimensions and the steps to apply them in university education; in addition to the method of environmental analysis defined and discussed in the analysis of the internal environment of the strengths and weaknesses, the analysis of the external environment by analyzing external opportunities and the analysis of the external threats and risks. \nThe research also analyzes some strategic planning models such as the Davies and Ellison model, the Hassan Mukhtar model and the Johnson and Scholes model. The results confirms the importance of strategic planning in university education is a means to achieve the desired goals and competition and to obtain quality and accreditation. \nThe research affirms the necessity of spreading awareness of strategic planning and its importance to university workers, preparing the administrative leadership well and providing them wif the skills and competencies of strategic planning.
