المستخلص: تعد العمالة الصناعية من أهم أركان الصناعة، بل تمثل حجر الأساس في أي نشاط صناعي، ومن هنا تهتم هذه الدراسة بتناول إقليم وفود العمالة الصناعية إلى منطقتي الصناعات الخفيفة والمتوسطة بمدينة بني سويف الجديدة بشرق النيل، وذلك من خلال تتبع التطور التاريخي للصناعة بمنطقتي الدراسة، وتحديد نطاقات تزويدها بالعمالة الصناعية. كما تهتم الدراسة برصد العوامل المؤثرة في رحلة العمل اليومية ومدى تأثيرها على العمالة الصناعية الوافدة إلى المدينة، والتي تمثلت في عامل المسافة، إلى جانب وسيلة النقل نفسها، فضلا عن أثر السوق الحضري على العمالة الصناعية، علاوة على الحوادث، ويعد عامل الارتباط الأسري من أقوى العوامل تأثيرا على رحلة العمل اليومية، فضلا عن ظروف عدم الاستقرار في بعض الأحيان. وتعرض الدراسة لخصائص العمالة الصناعية من حيث تركيبهم النوعي والعمري والحالة التعليمية والزواجية لهؤلاء العمالة، إلى جانب تحليل خصائص رحلة العمل اليومية نفسها لمعرفة مواطن القوة والضعف لها، وذلك من حيث دراسة وسائل المواصلات المستخدمة في رحلة العمل اليومية الوافدة إلى منطقة الدراسة، فضلا عن دراسة الجوانب المكانية والزمنية والحالة النفسية للعمالة الصناعية الوافدة إزاء هذه الرحلة. وتختتم الدراسة بعض للمشكلات التي تعاني منها العمالة الصناعية الوافدة إلى منطقتي الصناعات الخفيفة والمتوسطة بمدينة بني سويف الجديدة وإمكانيات حلولها. وانتهى البحث بعرض عدد من النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة.

The industrial employment is considered one of the most important basis of industry. But it also represents the main basis in any industrial activity. So this study deals with the region of the industrial employment coming to the two areas of the light and the medium industries in the new city of Beni-suef in the east of Nile. This through following the historical development of the industry in the two areas of the study and identifying the ranges of providing it with industrial employment. The study also is concerned with the factors that affect the daily work trip and its effect on the industrial employment coming to the city which are represented in the factor of the distance. Besides the effect of the means of transport. Rather than the effect of the urban market on the industrial employment in addition to the accidents. The factor of family relations is considered one of the strongest factors that affect the daily work trip. Besides non stability sometimes. The study shows the characteristics of the industrial employment through the specific and age structure and the educational and the marital status for these employees. Besides analyzing the characteristics of the daily work trip itself to know the points of its strength and weakness. Thus through the study of the means of transport used in the daily work trip coming to the region of the study. Rather than studying the place and the time sides and the psychological state for the industrial employment coming to this trip. The study ends with showing the problems which the industrial employment coming to the light and the medium industries suffering form in tire new city of Beni-suef and the possibility to solve them. The research ended with showing a number of results which this study had reached.
