المستخلص: تعالج هذه الدراسة ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال في الشارع الجزائري، من خلال محاولة الوقوف على جملة العوامل المساهمة في استفحال هذه الظاهرة في الآونة الأخيرة؛ على اعتبار أن هذا الظاهرة تعد من أخطر المشكلات الاجتماعية التي تمس نسبة كبيرة من الأطفال، وهو ما يتطلب تدخل كافة الجهات والمصالح من أجل مواجهتها والتقليل منها من خلال رصد عواملها وأسبابها.ولذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة كمحاولة بسيطة لتسليط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة من خلال بعض الحالات المستقاة من ميدان الدراسة والذي انحصر في مدينة عنابة.

this study deals with the phenomenon of child labor in the Algerian street, by trying to identify the factors contributing to the intensification of this phenomenon in recent times, considering that this phenomenon is one of the most serious social problems affecting a large percentage of children, Interests to meet and reduce them by monitoring the factors and causes. Therefore, this study came as a simple attempt to highlight this phenomenon through some cases derived from the field of study, which is confined to the city of Annaba.

Cette étude traite du phénomène du travail des enfants dans la rue algérienne, en essayant d'identifier les facteurs contribuant à l'intensification de ce phénomène ces derniers temps, considérant que ce phénomène est l'un des problèmes sociaux les plus graves affectant un grand pourcentage d'enfants Et cela nécessite l'intervention de toutes les parties pour la traiter et la réduire en surveillant les facteurs et les causes .Cette étude a donc été une simple tentative de mettre en évidence ce phénomène par certains cas tirés du champ d'étude de la ville d'Annaba .
