المستخلص: نحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة تحديد الخصائص النفسية، وتصور الذات عند الطفل المصاب بالاكزيما في مرحلة مبكرة من العمر، إذ نتوقع هشاشة من الناحية النفسية واضطرابا في تصوره لذاته. ومن أجل اختيار هذه الفرضية، سندعم ذلك بدراسة حالة طفل مصاب بالاكزيما في مرحلة الكمون. سوف نستخدم أولا اختبار الرورشاخ نظام إدماجي لجون اكسنر ثم شبكة نصور الذات لنينا غوش ديتغابنبارغ، حيث يقوم تفسير الأداة الأولى على دراسة سبعة مجموعات، كل مجموعة تعكس سمة نفسية معينة للفرد، في حين أن الأداة الثانية تتيح لنا قراءة تركز على إشكالية التقمص، إشكالية التفريق بين الذات والأخر، وطريقة الدخول في علاقة مع الموضوع. بعد ذلك سنقدم النتائج الكمية لكل من اختبار الرورشاخ نظام إدماجي، وشبكة تصور الذات التي تم الحصول عليها، لتتم في النهاية مناقشتها في ضوء النظرية.

The main orientation of our presentation will be to identify the psychological characteristics and self-representation of the sick child (eczematous child), whose psychological fragility we will suggest, and a disturbance of self representation, hi order to test our hypotheses, we will rely 011 a clinical illustration of a child with early eczema in the latency phase. First We will use the Rorschach test in integrated system and Traubenberg's Nina Rausch self-representation gr id. The interpretation of the first tool consists in studying seven sets of data, each set reflects a psychological characteristic of the person, while the second tool allows a reading centered on the exploration of the identificatory problem the mode of contact with the object, and the problem of differentiation between oneself and the other. Then we will give the quantitative results of the Rorschach Integrated System and the self¬-representation grid obtained from this child. These results will finally be discussed in the light of the theory.

Notre présentation aura pour principale orientation de repérer les caractéristiques psychologiques et la représentation de soi chez l’enfant malade de sa peau (enfant eczémateux), dont nous suggérerons l'existence d’une fragilité sur le plan psychologique, et une perturbation de représentation de soi. Dans le but de mettre à l'épreuve nos hypothèses, nous nous appuierons sur une illustration clinique d'un enfant qui présente un eczéma précoce en phase de latence. D'abord Nous utiliserons le test du Rorschach en système intégré et la grille de représentation de soi de Nina Rausch de Traubenberg. L’interprétation du premier outil consiste à étudier sept ensembles de donnés, chaque ensemble reflet une caractéristique psychologique de la personne, alors que Le deuxième outil permet une lecture centrée sur' l’exploration de la problématique identificatoire, le mode d’entré en contact avec l'objet, et la problématique de différenciation entre soi et l’autre. Ensuite, nous donnerons les résultats quantitatifs du Rorschach Système Intégré
