المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف علي مدى تطبيق معايير نماذج الجودة الشاملة العالمية في العملية الإدارية والأكاديمية في جامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن هناك قناعة تامة بتطوير العمل الإداري والأكاديمي، وأهداف تطوير العمل الإداري والأكاديمي في الجامعة واضحة، مع ضرورة التدريب من أجل تطبيق الجودة الشاملة، كما أن هناك دعماً من القيادة لتحسين جودة التعليم والتعلم، وأنه يتم استخدام البيانات والمعلومات في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والأكاديمية، والتركيز علي الوصول إلى رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، ومن المهم وجود أنظمة وآليات تلتزم عمادة الجودة في تطبيق الجودة، وضرورة التركيز على التخطيط كعملية إدارية من أجل تحسين ومراقبة التنفيذ ودراسة التوقعات والنتائج وطرق التعديل من أجل تحسين الجودة.

This study aims to identify the extent of application of the international models standards of the comprehensive quality in the administrative and academic process. It also seeks to identify the obstacles facing the application of the international comprehensive quality. In addition, the study tries to identify whether there are statistically significant differences in determining the reality of the application of models standards of the comprehensive quality in Naif Arab University for Security Sciences from the point view of the faculty members and students. Within its objective limits, the study addressed the reality of the application of models standards of the comprehensive quality in the administrative and academic process in Naif Arab University for Security Sciences. It was limited in its human limits to the faculty members in the colleges of Naif Arab University for Security Sciences and its academic centers since that they are concerned with quality as part of their work in refining the administrative and academic process. For the purpose of conducting this study, the researcher selected students of the Department of Administrative Sciences, precisely because they are more closely linked to the field of quality management as part of their specialization in administrative sciences. The tool of the study is applied in its time limits during the second semester of the academic year 1436/1437 A.H.
