المستخلص: Became international integration theory on a high degree of importance in the analysis of the post-World War II relations, as a result of the increasing interest of decision¬makers and theorists in international relations creatively new ways alternative to war tool in the establishment of international peace and achieve prosperity, while the issue is not only to deliver absolute relate the benefits of integration and the possibility of starting from functional area in which integration has succeeded to another area and so on, but only complementary success of the operation depends on the extent of agreement between the groups involved in the integration objectives and procedures in this process process. Therefore, there are a number of theories that are interested in the question of integration and regional integration, so it's important in this regard to study the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to any of these theories that can be used and applied up to the integration between the GCC countries and to achieve the goals planned. The study aims to analyze the new challenges of the updated variables resulting from successive international arena by the developments, and regional and local on the other hand, the depth in the Gulf of Foreign Cooperation Council (GCC) policies, and to try to identify more clearly the goals stemming from the will of the people in the direction of the latest integration between the GCC the Gulf, and the need to study the current economic level of the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council in order to reach the best formula complementary fit with this economic levels.
