المستخلص: Arab Gulf region is one of the most vital and strategic areas of the world, due to considerations of strategic Kmoukaha, economic importance, as well as the fact that the region's most important oil depot in the world, has more than two- thirds of global oil reserves, including concomitant impact on global economic growth. Due to this importance many Arab countries sought to work as an integrated entity, including a stand in the face of political and economic challenges and support the people of this region, and seeks to deepen and establish ways of communication for the success of this entity. Indeed, it has been announced the establishment of the Gulf Cooperation Council during the leaders of the six Gulf states meeting (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) in Abu Dhabi during the period (25-26) in May 1981, and launched on this meeting summit foundation, where it was through the signing of the Statute of the Council, which aimed to achieve cooperation among the six Gulf states and the development of their relations, and to achieve coordination, integration and interdependence and deepening and strengthening ties and links between their peoples in various fields, and the establishment of joint ventures, and the development of similar systems in all fields to serve interests and strengthens its ability to hold on to their faith and values This is because the integration of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to several factors will be clarified in detail, including the point of view (Ernst Hans) arguing that integration is a "process, which includes shift loyalties and political activities of political forces in a number of different countries towards the new center be its institutions powers beyond the powers existing states. " The most important of these factors: Value system integration factor: This factor includes a turn similar to the values or integrity. Integration elements Factor: This factor also includes the many similarities between the elements in terms of size or international status or demographics, political and economic structures model. It will be seen from the following lines to search .. many aspects and types of integration that have contributed significantly to the success of the Gulf Cooperation Council and to avoid some of the obstacles and challenges as a result of a rapprochement great similarity in values, languages and customs. It is also important, and that will be addressed, over the challenges faced by the GCC as well as the challenges that led to the formation of this Council points, including: counter the negative effects of globalization. Despite the similarity of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in several properties, including, for example, similar to the productive structures, and the convergence of the stages of economic growth, rising per capita incomes rates, and dependence on oil as a main source of revenue for the state in addition to the creed, language and common history, but these factors did not contribute as much required to achieve economic integration among the GCC countries
