المستخلص: This research aims to study the impact of work alienation as a behavioral phenomena with its independent variables represented in (: Powerlessness - - meaninglessness: normlessness-: social isolation- - lack of affiliation) upon Organizational commitment dimensions as a dependent variables that are represented in (continual commitment - emotional commitment -standard commitment ) and which reflected positively in improving organizational effectiveness and employees morale. In light of the above, this research aims to study and characterize the level of work alienation among employees in public or private sector, Dakahlia health sector, Egypt, study will be conducted on a random sample of 385 individual revealing the level of work alienation among the medical staff according to the nature of the Occupation (physicians -employees ) and according to the variables of demographic , gender, further more : sorting work alienation variables according to its relative importance —in impacting negatively - the organizational commitment so as to provide a set of recommendations in shed of the study conclusions
