المستخلص: The practical reality and the development of the role of the international non¬governmental organizations in the international community whether on the national or international levels imposed studying them thoroughly. The international community witnessed on obvious increase in the number, aims and activities of these organizations which led to the importance of identifying their needs, problems and the obstacles that they face nowadays and that they may face in the future. This article highlights the theories of the international relationships and laws that tried to study the role of the non-governmental organizations in the international community as the communities witnessed the spread of the international governmental and non¬governmental organizations in the last years which made them very effective in the international affairs in the last four decades.
